About Hyperlink Recruitment Pte Ltd
Hyperlink Recruitment Pte Ltd is a maid agency operating islandwide from its Geylang Road office. KakiList has verified the provider's operating details and contact channel. The agency holds a 3.2/5 rating across 20 Google reviews, which is a moderate sample size but sits below the market average for established agencies — prospective clients should read recent reviews carefully before proceeding. No ACRA registration or MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence has been confirmed in the data available to KakiList.
When engaging a maid agency in Singapore, the first step is to verify the agency's MOM EA Licence number — this is searchable on MOM's online EA directory and should appear on all contracts and invoices. From there, you would discuss your household profile: the type of helper you need (new hire or transfer), preferred source country (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, or Sri Lanka), monthly salary expectations (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and whether your household qualifies for the concessionary MOM levy of S$60 per month rather than the standard S$300. Confirm what is bundled into the placement fee — mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, Work Permit application, and medical examination — versus what is billed separately. Ask about the replacement guarantee window and what circumstances void it.
Contact Hyperlink Recruitment Pte Ltd by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm their current MOM EA Licence status, placement fee structure, and available helper profiles before paying any deposit.

I don't normally write leave a review but I have to write for my current experience. First time employer with no idea what to do but hoping to get a good helper. Many 'highly rated' agencies dumped me with many bio that doesn't match my request. But this agency gave me just 1 bio and she already exceeded my expectations. Anne and Hui Sin are very helpful to follow through with all the hiccups during hiring process. In order to justify that this is not a paid review, I'll just put a disclaimer that we just got the helper for less than a week, not sure what the future holds and keeping my fingers crossed that everything will continue to be smooth.
We have very good experience with Hyperlink, from selection to documentation to training to home leave application, everything is done efficiently and carefully. I will not hesitate to recommend Hyperlink’s services.
having hyperlink is a previledge for me to go back at work in sg..there staff are reliable and giving kind hearted concerns to there applicants...they truely focus to both employers and employees needs...thank you for everything...god bless and keep helping more domestic helpers who are in need of better future for there familys....cheers!!!
A very good experience hiring helper from Hyperlink. The customer service was prompt with all our questions, ensuing that we are certain and comfortable before we finalise the helper. Paperwork was very detailed. Monthly break down of helper salary was also included. Boss personally picked up helper and ensure that the helper is aware of our requirements. Highly recommend this agency. I would have given 6 stars if there was an option.
I had the best service ever in hyperlink. Anne is very kind and patient. She did professionally. I really happy with it. Highly recommend.

Placement fees at Singapore maid agencies typically run S$1,500–3,500 for a new-hire helper and S$500–1,500 for a transfer helper already in Singapore. On top of the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy — S$300 at the standard rate, or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household has a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Confirm what is bundled into Hyperlink Recruitment's fee: mandatory FDW insurance (approximately S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, the Work Permit application, and the pre-deployment medical examination are sometimes included and sometimes billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence — verifiable by name or licence number on MOM's free online EA directory. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, all contracts, and invoices. KakiList has not been able to confirm that Hyperlink Recruitment Pte Ltd holds a current EA Licence, which is a significant gap given that this licence is a legal requirement for any agency placing foreign domestic workers. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; higher grades signal stronger compliance history and better complaint-handling track records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the helper absconds or the agency closes, and can void the helper's insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
The industry standard replacement window is typically six months from the helper's arrival date, with one replacement included. Key questions to ask Hyperlink Recruitment are: how many replacements are covered within the window, what circumstances void the guarantee (documented mismatch versus a change of mind), and what the cost is for any additional replacement after the included one. Also clarify the early-termination process in the event a placement breaks down outside the guarantee window. The household employer bears the cost of the helper's repatriation flight, any unused MOM levy refund processing, and Work Permit cancellation. These costs can be significant, so understanding them upfront helps with planning. Given the absence of confirmed MOM EA Licence data, ask for all guarantee and termination terms in a written contract before committing.
