I had always wanted to find an interior designer, but most of the people I came across were so-called contractors — they would first ask for my budget, then choose a few template designs to fit within that amount. There was never any real design involved. By chance, I came across Wynn’s short videos on social media, where she shared some home design tips. Her style really resonated with me, so I reached out to IDID. At our first meeting, Wynn spent a lot of time chatting with me to understand our family of three — our interests, habits, and preferences. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the very first 3D design she presented completely captured my heart; it was exactly the atmosphere I had imagined. When we made some adjustments to the 2D layout, Wynn patiently explained every detail, and the whole process went very smoothly. I don’t know much about design, but I knew I wanted my new home to feel as comfortable as a five-star hotel — and Wynn absolutely made that happen. The construction timeline was perfect, allowing us to move in right on schedule. Any touch-ups or minor fixes were also handled flawlessly by IDID. As someone who struggles with making decisions, I really appreciated Wynn’s guidance in helping me choose furniture and lighting as well. What immediately impressed me was Wayne's personal commitment to my house renovation project. Unlike other IDs, Wayne wasn't just a project manager delegating tasks from a distance. He was on-site regularly, often rolling up his sleeves to ensure every element was executed perfectly. This hands-on dedication fostered an immense amount of trust and guaranteed that the quality of work was consistently exceptional.
