Engaging with Impact Physio Singapore typically begins with a first consultation, during which the physiotherapist conducts a structured assessment to understand your presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, chronic pain, neurological recovery, or musculoskeletal complaints. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may combine hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, or modality-based treatments. Sessions can be booked as one-off appointments or in a recurring package depending on the complexity of your condition and your recovery goals. It is worth confirming the cancellation and no-show policy before your first visit, as most physiotherapy practices in Singapore enforce a 24-hour notice requirement.
To get started, contact Impact Physio Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and book an initial assessment at the Palais Renaissance clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I consulted Dr Matthew Winter on the recommendation of my good friend. Was the best advice. Dr Matthew took me through 10 months of rehab giving hope when there seemed to be none. His methodical, structured progression around rehab means I am probably stronger than where I was prior. Very easy to follow, easy to converse, calm and a way to make you believe all will be well. HIghly recommend Dr Winter for anyone who feels they've hit a wall with injuury/rehab.
Big thank you to Matt and team for your excellent and absolute top notch treatments, care, guided and progressive exercise plan. I tore my Achilles Tendon and decided on a conservative (no surgery) rehabilitation plan. Matt and team were instrumental in my full and complete rehab. For anyone serious about make a full and sustained rehab - start your journey with Integrative Physio, you will be the better for it 💪
I have been to many physiotherapist and sport masseur before. Matthew impressed me with his passion on identifying the root cause of problem. He knows his work well and equips with lots of skill set for treatment. In addition, his friendliness and energy make me feeling secured to leave my problem with him. I am fortunate to have Moncia Peh as my sport masseur to work on my tight muscles. She knows exactly where the trigger points are and I think she is the best Masseur I have encountered. You know well she is highly skilled the moment she worked on your muscles. She is also jovial and passionate with her work.
I had been suffering from severe dizziness for months and couldn’t ride in a car or be in crowded places. After just one vestibular physiotherapy session with Gabriel, I felt immediate improvement. Gabriel is an excellent diagnostician who explained everything clearly and gave very effective exercises. The front desk team was also very pleasant, offered a beverage, and was helpful with appointments and enquiries. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended! Matthew and his team are experienced, dedicated and friendly. My knee rehabilitation with them was challenging but they always ensured that I was comfortable and that my pain well managed. I saw results fast. No hard selling of rehab equipment or unnecessary services. Clinic is exceptionally clean and spacious with all the latest equipment. Also very convenient and easy to find. They are located at Scotts Medical Centre, 3-5 minute walk from Orchard MRT. They are very popular so do try to book a few days in advance.

Physiotherapy consultation fees in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session at a private clinic, with the first assessment often priced higher due to its longer duration and diagnostic component. Subsequent treatment sessions are generally shorter and may be priced at a different rate. Package deals — for example, a block of six to ten sessions — usually offer a per-session saving compared with booking individually. Confirm whether your health insurance covers physiotherapy at Impact Physio Singapore, as many integrated shield plans and employer group policies include outpatient physiotherapy with a per-visit cap. GST applies to private physiotherapy fees. Ask for a written fee schedule before your first appointment. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
You do not need a GP referral to book a private physiotherapy appointment in Singapore — you can approach Impact Physio Singapore directly. That said, bringing any relevant medical reports, imaging results (X-rays, MRI scans), or specialist letters will help the physiotherapist understand your condition more quickly and design a more targeted treatment plan from the outset. For insurance purposes, some integrated shield plans and employer group policies require a GP or specialist referral letter before they will reimburse physiotherapy costs. If you intend to claim, check your policy's requirements before your first session. At the initial assessment, the physiotherapist will take a full history, assess range of motion and strength, identify contraindications, and explain the proposed treatment approach before beginning hands-on work.
Physiotherapists in Singapore are regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration on the AHPC public register is mandatory for anyone practising as a physiotherapist — you can search by name at the AHPC website before your appointment. Impact Physio Singapore currently has no regulatory licences listed in its KakiList profile. Before booking, ask the clinic directly for the treating physiotherapist's full name and AHPC registration number, then cross-check on the AHPC online register. This takes under two minutes and confirms both that the individual is qualified and that their registration is current and in good standing. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
