Last year we hired a maid through yishun branch and only to return her less than 6mths. The maid bad habits of answering back, only concern with wanting an extra leave day. Prior to that, the agent hardly proactive in returning messages or call. They did not even offer a replacement and just keeping silent. Perhaps the agency needs to have better pools of maids, and train their agent having a friendly approach when dealing with potential clients; instead of the sour face we were dealt with. It's such a turn off on servicing end.

Response Time: 1/5 Candidates Range: 4/5 Package Available: 4/5 Mode of Payment: 4/5 Payment Flexibility: 4/5 I went to search for a helper through this agency as I was recommended by many & even saw them being recommended by numerous local celebrities & local influencers. However, they did not meet my expectations which I had for them. The response time was one of the most disappointing point. Their range of candidates, payment flexibility & packages available are indeed attractive. However, their response time to customers & inquiries were their downfall. They might want to work on that in order to clinch & secure their potential & existing customers. You guys can try to check this agency out.
