About In-Touch Physio

About In-Touch Physio

In-Touch Physio is a physiotherapy practice based at 22 Malacca Street, Raffles Place, offering services islandwide from its central Singapore location. It has been verified by KakiList and holds a 5/5 rating across 261 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and provides a reliable indication of consistent patient satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band based on the available display information, though no specific per-session fee has been published.

Patients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the physiotherapist conducts a structured assessment to understand the presenting condition — whether that is musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury, or a chronic condition affecting movement. From there, a treatment plan is agreed, which may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, or electrotherapy modalities. Patients should enquire about the frequency of sessions recommended, whether a recurring package is available at a reduced rate, and what the cancellation and rescheduling policy entails. Those intending to claim under a corporate insurance plan or Medisave-approved scheme should confirm eligibility before the first appointment.

To get started, reach out to In-Touch Physio via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your condition and book an initial assessment at the Raffles Place clinic.

Physiotherapist Chris Wong has been a great help with my knee problem. From the first session I liked his approach. During the treatment he explains what he is doing, why he is doing it and what is happening in your body. That gave me a lot of confidence and helped me understand the problem much better. He also gives exercises and takes the time to explain the purpose of each one and how they help the recovery. He has been working on my hip, ITB and the muscles around the knee and I’ve noticed clear improvement since starting physio. My knee feels much better and now I also know what to do to prevent it from coming back. He is friendly and patient and always answers all my questions. The sessions feel relaxed and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you recover properly and not just giving a temporary solution. I’m really happy with the treatment and I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone dealing with knee pain or a sports related injury.

I had an excellent experience with Jade for my carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and shin splint injury. She created a truly bespoke rehab program tailored to my condition and lifestyle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jade is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly caring and attentive. She carefully monitored my progress and adjusted the exercises as I improved. Thanks to her structured and personalised approach, my wrist strength has improved significantly and my shin pain is now well managed. Highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for a dedicated and results-driven physiotherapist.

The therapist took the time to reassess my injury rather than just going along with the original diagnosis I came in with. This thorough, thoughtful evaluation made all the difference, helping me to get back to my gym routines. He explains everything very clearly and answers any questions I have. Highly recommended!

I have been coming ProHealth for years whenever I have an injury. In the last 3 months, Jade has been my therapist and I can’t recommend Jade enough. She was incredibly patient, professional and genuinely caring throughout my TFCC wrist recovery. Over the last three months she guided me step-by-step, always explaining things clearly and adjusting treatment as needed. I always felt listened to and never rushed. My wrist has improved so much thanks to her. If you need a physio who really knows what they’re doing and actually cares, Jade is the one.

Chris has been incredible. I came in with shoulder and lower back pain, and he quickly identified the root causes and created a targeted treatment plan. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about my recovery. I’ve seen significant improvement in mobility and pain levels. Highly recommend his expertise.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does In-Touch Physio charge per session?

In-Touch Physio displays a mid-range pricing indicator but has not published a specific per-session rate. For physiotherapy in Singapore, initial consultations with assessment typically run S$80–150, with subsequent treatment sessions ranging from S$80–180 depending on the modalities used and session duration. Package rates for a course of treatment are often available at a modest discount versus pay-per-session pricing. Confirm the exact fee for your first appointment, whether a separate assessment charge applies, and the cancellation policy before attending. Ask about corporate insurance direct-billing arrangements or Medisave eligibility if you intend to offset the cost. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Physiotherapy in Singapore does not require a GP referral — you can book directly. However, bringing any relevant medical records, imaging reports (X-rays, MRI), or specialist letters will help the physiotherapist conduct a more targeted assessment at your first visit. An intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and presenting complaint is standard. A referral becomes useful if you intend to claim under a corporate group insurance policy or a MediShield Life rider that requires a doctor's referral as a condition of reimbursement. For complex post-surgical or neurological cases, coordination with your treating specialist is advisable before commencing physiotherapy.

Is the practitioner at In-Touch Physio licensed?

Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg. A registered physiotherapist may not practise if their registration is lapsed, suspended, or cancelled, so it is worth confirming the specific practitioner's name and AHPC registration number before your first appointment. In-Touch Physio has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 5/5 rating across 261 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in service consistency. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
