Dear In2Space, We are very blessed to have Henry as our ID. We have sourced many ID and had different quotations. The reason we choose In2Space was based on the first call which showed your professionalism and genuine intentions behind your renovation proposal. I remember Henry gave us 2 quotations where 1 had all our requests while the second one you had separated the non essential one to work within our budget. That really was our indication that you would be willing to renovate for us on fair grounds than focusing heavily on profits/earnings. Henry is also a patient person who went through the ideas and shared the thought process he had. For instance we might have wanted the kitchen to look aesthetically nice but would have missed out the corners which would affect the practical usage. An example was avoiding having stove at the side walls which would hamper cooking with large casseroles. These were minor details but would have affected us in a major way should Henry just followed on our wishes fully. In this renovation process Henry's wisdom and experience helped in ensuring that both aesthetics and practicality were met. Henry had a timeline and it was adhered to and kept up to the date of handing over. There were some hiccups and delays due to Covid. He has already included these delay as buffers in his timeline and kept up to the hand over date. He also came on site frequently and ensured the Reno was kept to the time line. He also rectified any issues that we shared along the way. Another strength of Henry was his knowledge on electricity and plumping which helped us to envision the reno process seamlessly. This allowed us to ask questions and seek clarifications on areas while we we were finalizing the electrical and bath products. Henry also was willing and offered to follow us for selection of tiles, bath and kitchen products. This gave us further assurance that he would ensure that the final selection would have less hiccups and reduce the need for exchange or refunds. For instance tile selection may not be straightforward as it sounds and the color and lighting in our house would affect the mood and overall aesthetics. Henry was able to share the possible combination which helped us in making more informed choices. Henry choice of contractors are seasoned professionals. During my personal home visits, I witnessed the tiler was hardworking and able to handle the tiling process neatly and effectively. This was also seen in the carpenter who has given quality wood and great workmanship for the final product. We were unable to find fault in the cabinet after one month of usage. Likewise the electrician and plumper were skilled professional who also helped in our ad hoc requests patiently. One thing worth mentioning was Henry was willing to try out the installation of Philips led hue lights which was different from the usual led light installations. He took it to his stride and managed to install it for us after checking in with Philips directly. Henry was ever willing to respond to our calls, messages queries, whenever we reached out to him. Overall we are very pleased with the final outcome of our house. Mainly project management and the order of renovation process, knowledge, intricacies of the ID, are just some of the traits Henry excel in. We were worried about nightmare renovation and bursting our budget which were avoided by Henry being upfront from the start. Delays and hiccups were rare and were resolved by having good communication and having patience. Thank you Henry for giving us a wonderful renovation experience which is also our maiden renovation. First time using. I was shopping and saw this renovation company. So i walk in to make enquires. Saying they are case trust but cert display already expire. Promise to give quotation but fail to deliver on time. Got to chase twice. If i have to chase for quotation, i doubt i can trust such a renovation company. The price for the renovation is not S$50/-
