We worked with Vanessa and Caro on our renovation project, and as this is our first home, we were really glad to have them on board. They were patient in answering all our questions and provided clear explanations to help us understand the process. We decided to go with them because, during our initial meetings, Vanessa offered fresh and creative ideas based on our mood board. She helped solve many issues related to space and functionality, which made us feel confident in working with a designer who could not only incorporate our thoughts but also elevate them with her expertise. The entire renovation process was very smooth. Everything was meticulously planned and well executed. Every little detail was thoughtfully designed, and the end result feels so “me” while still being beyond what I could have imagined. On top of the design, the project management made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. IndoorArt was actually the first studio we met, and after talking to at least five other IDs, we ended up going back to Vanessa. We really liked her initial sketches and felt she understood exactly what we wanted. Even before we confirmed with her, she was responsive and patient and always trying her best to answer our questions or clarify things we weren’t sure about. Once we started the reno, the process was generally pretty smooth. Caro joined in to help, and both of them did their best to keep us updated. Like all renovations, there were a few hiccups here and there, but Vanessa and Caro always replied in as much detail promptly, and they sorted things out as soon as they could. They also provided us with some peace of mind when we were unsure about certain things. Even with some minor touch-ups and rectifications along the way, they managed to stick to our timeline. Overall, our home turned out how we envisioned it and we’re really happy with how our home! A big thanks to Vanessa, Caro and the team for making it happen!

Vanessa and the Indoor Art team helped my family with our home design and renovation and we are so very pleased with the result. From the initial meeting, we had a very positive vibe from Vanessa. She knew her stuff, yet really took the time to understand what we wanted, our lifestyle and how we will use the space. We gave her team a very challenging timeline due to a baby on the way. So everything needed to be tightly managed. It was well coordinated and Vanessa herself was very involved to help us with making key decisions. Throughout the journey, she offered her expert advice, but was also flexible to adapt proposals based on our preferences, or if we changed our mind of certain things. All in all, I would highly recommend Vanessa and her team if you’re looking for an ID with a good design sense, creative ideas, yet flexible, accommodating and with good work ethic.
