I had a truly refreshing and positive experience with Mathilda and Gilbert. They are young, progressive, listening and do their best to find the right fit instead of just throwing biodatas for employers to look through. What I like most about them is that they stand by their recommendations. They are fearless in their assessment through their experience, contacts, and they truly send those helpers whom they would employ themselves. I highly recommend them to any employer who wants to offload the entire process of maid hunting and selection to a trustworthy, competent, accountable and dedicated partner. The team is a triple-thumbs up for me (yes, we only have two, but you get the picture).

I had a great experience with Integrative Manpower Solutions, and I can’t recommend them enough. Gilbert was a huge help throughout the entire process, especially as this was my first time handling a helper transfer. He guided me patiently through all the paperwork required for the transfer, and even went the extra mile to help find a new employer for my existing helper, which gave me a peace of mind. When it came to sourcing for a new helper, Gilbert was incredibly diligent and professional. He took the time to understand my requirements and was extremely patient with my (admittedly picky) preferences, and offered thoughtful recommendations (unlike some other agencies that would push irrelevant biodatas to you). We are a senior citizen couple living by ourselves in the Dover area. Our domestic helper who was with us for the past ten years left us this year to upgrade her career in a different industry. We were on the lookout for another helper when one of our friends put us in touch with Mathilda Lim of Integrative Manpower Solutions in the first week of September 2025. She kindly agreed to source for suitable domestic helpers for us. Within days they had sent us biodata of several persons out of whom we shortlisted two. We held a video-interview for the helpers together with Mathilda Lim and her colleague, Gilbert Yeo, who assisted in eliciting necessary information for both parties during the session. We chose the helper but requested for a face-to-face meeting. We told them that on account of our age and the distance we are unable to come to their office. Gilbert, therefore, came to our home on Sunday the 14th with the chosen helper and spent a considerable amount of time with us. On our confirmation he did the required documentation and submitted the application to MOM. We got the In-Principle Approval (IPA) on Tuesday morning. Gilbert came to our home once again on Wednesday the 17th and completed the remaining requirements. We received the Temporary Work Permit from MOM the same day and our transfer helper was at our home by that evening. We greatly appreciate and thank Mathilda, Gilbert and the Agency for their fast, efficient, friendly and smooth way in which they performed this service. Was recommended by my friend’s cousin and have no regrets engaging their services. Gilbert, particularly, is extremely helpful, honest and responsive. Sin Hui is also very sincere. Overall very genuine people here. 💯Fees are also reasonably priced compared to other agencies i’ve also enquired- which are ironically slower in response and displays seemingly lack of interest. Gilbert takes the time to understand and listen to my needs and priorities, and recommended suitable profiles to me. He was also able to give me very good advice on tips as well which i definitely appreciate as first time employer. He also ensured clear and transparent communication between us and our helper by facilitating the interview process probing the right questions in a good way. First day with my helper so far and so far so good. 🤞🏻 Will definitely recommend. 👍🏻
