New clients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the physiotherapist takes a detailed history of the presenting condition or rehabilitation goal — whether that is post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal pain, sports injury, or postural concerns. From there, a treatment plan is developed, which may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, or other modalities. Sessions can be booked as one-off appointments or as a recurring package, and it is worth confirming the cancellation and rescheduling policy before your first visit. Clients can reach the practice via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form.
To get started, send a WhatsApp message or call the practice directly to describe your condition and preferred appointment time, and ask about session fees and any package options before confirming your booking.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I consulted Dr Matthew Winter on the recommendation of my good friend. Was the best advice. Dr Matthew took me through 10 months of rehab giving hope when there seemed to be none. His methodical, structured progression around rehab means I am probably stronger than where I was prior. Very easy to follow, easy to converse, calm and a way to make you believe all will be well. HIghly recommend Dr Winter for anyone who feels they've hit a wall with injuury/rehab.
Big thank you to Matt and team for your excellent and absolute top notch treatments, care, guided and progressive exercise plan. I tore my Achilles Tendon and decided on a conservative (no surgery) rehabilitation plan. Matt and team were instrumental in my full and complete rehab. For anyone serious about make a full and sustained rehab - start your journey with Integrative Physio, you will be the better for it 💪
I have been to many physiotherapist and sport masseur before. Matthew impressed me with his passion on identifying the root cause of problem. He knows his work well and equips with lots of skill set for treatment. In addition, his friendliness and energy make me feeling secured to leave my problem with him. I am fortunate to have Moncia Peh as my sport masseur to work on my tight muscles. She knows exactly where the trigger points are and I think she is the best Masseur I have encountered. You know well she is highly skilled the moment she worked on your muscles. She is also jovial and passionate with her work.
I had been suffering from severe dizziness for months and couldn’t ride in a car or be in crowded places. After just one vestibular physiotherapy session with Gabriel, I felt immediate improvement. Gabriel is an excellent diagnostician who explained everything clearly and gave very effective exercises. The front desk team was also very pleasant, offered a beverage, and was helpful with appointments and enquiries. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended! Matthew and his team are experienced, dedicated and friendly. My knee rehabilitation with them was challenging but they always ensured that I was comfortable and that my pain well managed. I saw results fast. No hard selling of rehab equipment or unnecessary services. Clinic is exceptionally clean and spacious with all the latest equipment. Also very convenient and easy to find. They are located at Scotts Medical Centre, 3-5 minute walk from Orchard MRT. They are very popular so do try to book a few days in advance.

Integrative Physio has not published a specific session rate on this listing, so it is best to enquire directly via WhatsApp or phone before your first appointment. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations at private clinics typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session for an initial assessment and S$60 to S$150 for follow-up sessions, depending on the complexity of treatment and modalities used. Some clinics offer package rates for a fixed number of sessions, which can reduce the per-session cost. Ask whether materials or consumables such as strapping tape are included, and confirm the cancellation policy — most private physio practices require 24 hours' notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee. A GP or specialist referral is not required to book directly with a private physiotherapy practice — you can self-refer and book an initial consultation. However, if you plan to claim fees through MediShield Life, an Integrated Shield Plan, or a corporate health insurance policy, check with your insurer first, as some policies require a GP referral letter to process a physiotherapy claim. At the first visit, expect an intake assessment covering your medical history, the nature and duration of your condition, any imaging or surgical reports you have, and your rehabilitation goals. If you have a complex condition such as neurological impairment, recent spinal surgery, or a cardiac contraindication to exercise, bring relevant medical documents so the physiotherapist can tailor the session safely. If you are unsure whether physiotherapy is appropriate for your condition, a brief call to the clinic before booking is advisable.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Ministry of Health. Registration is a legal requirement, and only registered practitioners may use the title 'physiotherapist'. You can verify any physiotherapist's registration on the AHPC public register at moh.gov.sg before your appointment. Note that Integrative Physio does not currently have a specific regulatory licence listed on this KakiList profile. It is strongly recommended that you ask the clinic for the full name and AHPC registration number of the physiotherapist who will be treating you, and cross-check this on the AHPC register. This takes under two minutes and confirms that the practitioner holds a current, valid registration. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
