I had a really positive experience working with Wen Cong as my interior designer. From the start, he brought many creative and practical ideas that helped me make better design decisions for my home. He didn’t just focus on aesthetics — he also thought through functionality and how we actually use the space, which made a big difference. What stood out most was his attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Wen Cong followed through on every aspect of the renovation, right up to completion. He was consistent in his coordination, kept track of the small details, and made sure things were done properly instead of rushing through. He was also very accommodating to my timing and needs. Renovations can be stressful, but he was patient, responsive, and willing to adjust when necessary, which made the whole process much smoother for me. Overall, i’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Wen Cong to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful interior designer.

The initial planning and onboarding phase was very smooth and pleasant. Yan Ting, my ID, ensured that I will achieve my dream home at a cheap and affordable price. Along the way, there were quite a few issues but they were resolved eventually. Good communication is very important in order to ensure that both the ID and home owner are able to work together. Even though the renovation works exceeded the initial plan date, I appreciate Yan Ting's effort in trying her best to achieve the ultimate goal. It was inconvenient to have contractors coming in and out when we were already moved in. But I believe this could have been avoided if I had better communicated with Yan Ting. Overall, thank you for the dream home..

My experience with their service has been mixed. While they offer competitive rates, they lack control over their contractors. They had to change the tiler midway through the project, commitments on dates were not kept hence delays kept piling up. They should also work on providing clearer communication and finer details during the planning stage, as the lack of clarity led to several last-minute changes. That said, it’s good that the final outcome turned out well :).

10/10. Would recommend. I did my house renovation with them and they were able to deliver my dream home to me. Other than the quality and workmanship their pricing is very reasonable too . The design consultant was very outgoing and helpful and had a very good clarity of what to do . Overall really great ID and I’m really happy with the outcome of my home and their services!
