Finally writing this review after staying in our newly renovated 4-room flat for one year 😊 Thank you YY, JJ & Winnie for such a great experience. Our project was completed within the promised timeline, and throughout the whole renovation process, communication was always fast and responsive. Everything felt smooth and hassle-free from start to finish, which was exactly what we were hoping for. The pricing was also competitive, and we appreciated that they have their own in-house team handling the carpentry, plumbing, and electrical works — it really gave us extra confidence in the coordination and workmanship. What stood out the most was the after-sales service. Even after the project was completed and handed over, they are still responsive and were always ready to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance/touchups. We’ve heard of friends having bad after-sales experiences with their interior designers, so we’re truly grateful that YY and the team continued to support us. Since we didn’t know much about renovation, we placed our full trust in them to manage everything, and they genuinely met our expectations. The main reason we engaged them was to avoid the stress that many homeowners go through — especially those who still feel overwhelmed despite hiring a designer or coordinator. Thankfully, our renovation journey was smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and we’re very happy with our home. Highly recommended!

For my 4 room resale HDB at Tampines, we had an absolutely fantastic experience with J Design & Build Pte Ltd (@jinterior_sg) for my home renovation! From start to finish, their professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding. A huge shoutout to Yeoh Yin, my project manager, who was always prompt in answering queries and made communication feel effortless throughout the entire process. His timely responses and clear updates gave me great confidence in the project’s progress. This is my second experience with J Design & Build for my new jumbo home, did our five-room BTO previously with them . As always, JJ and the team grasp our needs perfectly and provide us with excellent solutions and suggestions for refreshing our new space, all while keeping our budget in mind. With their own skilled teams for hacking, wetworks, partitions, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, they ensure a seamless workflow, demonstrating high professionalism and efficiency. Choosing to engage them for the second time was undoubtedly my best decision. Completing the entire jumbo house in just six weeks left the hus and me truly impressed by their speed and craftsmanship. First of all, i would like to give my many thanks to JJ & Winnie and the staff of the whole company. Everybody work with a smile and they are so friendly. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent and completely stress-free. Before i enquire a quote, i actually have met 5 IDs. JJ & Winnie quotation are very transparent and very competitive. Although competitive, they don't cut down on material or workmanship quality. Me and my wife was very very impressed to see the quality of works they delivered. I must say they hold very high standard in their works. What's renovation without error. But JJ & Winnie, instead of pointing finger and pushing the blame like what i see in other horror reviews, they accept, no excuse, find solutions to rectified it beautifully. JJ will always be on site to make sure everything is done correctly before moving off. If there's any defects, he will point out first before we even see it and will arrange his workers to rectified asap. I think another big advantage is that they have their own carpentry workshop, own manpower, own electrical team, own plumbing team, i think most of the scope, don't need to outsource. which made the whole process so much more efficient. And because of this, there is no delay at all and meet our timeline. Overall, JJ & Winnie works show that they are very experience in this field. The clear & timely updates make the whole renovation process stress free. I never had to worry about chasing or stressing over deadlines. Instead, I could just relax knowing things were in good hands. I would say I’m extremely satisfied and impressed. Me & my wife are very lucky to find a team that combines good pricing, responsibility, punctuality, and great craftsmanship all at once. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and worry-free renovation experience.
