Our renovation journey with Jesigns has been a smooth one from Day 1. Shun Li and Wei Siang crafted a beautiful 3D render for us, that we followed closely to build our dream home after listening attentively to our needs and wants. Shun Li provided us with beneficial advices that we are very much thankful for. Alysa then took over the project and we are well-pleased with how responsive she has been from the start till after renovation has completed, arranging for us promptly plumbers, painters, electrician, carpenters to come over for minor and major touch-ups, even replying to our messages on concerns that we had at 11pm - 12 midnight. She also ensured that we met our deadline to move in before 2026 as we were rushing to settle in for the kids' first day of school. Of course, nothing is 100% perfect during any renovation but Alysa always had a workaround for any hiccups that occured and we are extremely pleased with the result of our home at the end. We have received nothing but raving comments about how the house is minimalist yet functional, future-proofed, kid and pet friendly and, at the same time, beautifully done. The balance among all of those mentioned factors which Jesigns have achieved makes it more than a job well done!

We only have the month of August to renovate our resale condo between key collection and moving in, and the scope included several build-in - kitchen cabinet, bookshelf, fridge side cupboard, overhaul of master bedroom bathroom, overlay vinyl floor, lighting and false ceiling redo, painting etc. Andrew has managed to execute the project perfectly within the timeline. Professionalism and Expertise: Andrew was professional and knowledgeable to understand our needs and communicate with his contractor. He proposed new living room lighting and we loved it. He is very patient to listen to our needs and spent hours to discuss the details. During the renovation process, Andrew could cater to our new ideas as much as possible without affecting the project timeline. Timeliness: given the very short renovation time, Andew planned everything so well that we moved in as planned, which was a big relief for us. Quality of Work: The quality of work was great. The carpentry work was nicely done too. Andrew also arranged painting touch-up after we moved in our furniture. Overall satisfaction: renovation is not an easy journey, we are glad to have Andrew helping us along the way and producing satisfying results.

We met Shun Li through Qanvast Hangout, and the entire renovation journey with him was an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial planning of the layout to the selection of colours and materials, and even through to overseeing the renovation works and following up on any issues, everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully. Shun Li took the time to understand our design preferences and lifestyle, offering practical advice that helped us make decisions without feeling overwhelmed. The entire process, including planning, coordination with contractors, and logistics, was handled so smoothly on his end and provided a truly stress-free experience for us. Gotta give a shout-out to the quality of the workmanship as well, we had some complicated features in our renovation but Jesigns was able to bring them to life. The renovation was also completed ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise, and most importantly, this was achieved without compromising on quality. Moreover, any rectifications were quickly followed-up on.
