About Jia Food
Jia Food offers meal delivery for seniors across Singapore, operating from Kaki Bukit Place in Eunos Techpark. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service holds a 4.6-star rating across 35 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests consistent satisfaction among customers. No regulatory licences are listed on this profile, and pricing information is not published beyond a mid-range indicator.
Families arranging nutritional support for an elderly parent or relative will typically start by assessing the senior's dietary requirements — including any medical conditions such as diabetes, renal concerns, or dysphagia that may require modified textures or low-sodium meals — alongside meal frequency, delivery timing, and whether the household has a caregiver present to assist with unpacking or reheating. Jia Food can be contacted via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss menu options, delivery windows, and whether meals are suitable for the specific medical or cultural dietary profile of the person being cared for. It is worth confirming delivery schedule consistency and what the contingency is if a delivery is delayed or missed, as regularity matters greatly when meal delivery is a primary food source for an elder.
To take the next step, reach out to Jia Food directly via WhatsApp or phone to describe the senior's dietary needs, confirm delivery coverage to your address, and request a sample menu or trial order before committing to a recurring arrangement.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Ordered No.2 Pork cutlet fried rice. Portion was acceptable but rice a little bland for my liking. **IMPORTANT** Visited on 08 Nov 2025, this stall tried charginv me an $0.50 extra charge for Paynow. Lucky I carried enough cash in hand to pay for my meal. Checked on Google to check whether this is still allowed and Google says "this practice is not permitted and should be reported to the ekevant authorities" I also hard the the stall owner saying the same extra charge to the lady in the picture .
I’m always drawn to food stalls that are very clean, and this one is impressive despite the type of food they sell. This is the reason I try the stall, and chose Chilli Oil Dumpling Ramen. The food is excellent. Noodle is of good quality, and dumpling is fresh and meat inside is well flavoured. Many places offer dumplings that have a defrosted texture, but here, the dumpling size is generous and delicious. Such a blessing to have hawker’s offering food at this standard.
Underrated shop. This is my second time, the lady at the cashier has always been nice!! Their chicken cutlet fried rice and pork cutlet noodles were so goooooood!!! Definitely a must try and deserves more exposure!
Kinda late and lunch crowd already in full force. Hence, decide to try this relatively new stall. ✨ Chicken Cutlet Fried Rice Taste is quite similar as the other newly opened stall. Not oily, got eggy taste for my first mouthful and it kinda fades after that. Cutlet is freshly fried. I think one will need the chili to further evaluate the taste. Overall, a nice and safe option to have a meal.
Inside the Maxwell food center. Had the chili oil dumpling ramen and it was fantastic! Just the right amount of spice tho there is little cups you can get at the counter for extra chili sauce and another for chili peppers.

Jia Food's pricing is described as mid-range, but specific per-meal or package rates are not published on this listing. Families should contact Jia Food directly to obtain a quote based on meal frequency, delivery schedule, and any dietary customisation required. When enquiring, confirm whether the quoted price includes delivery charges, whether there are minimum order requirements per day or per week, and whether there are surcharges for specific postcodes or landed properties. Ask about package discounts for recurring weekly or monthly orders, as these often represent better value than one-off arrangements. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Jia Food is a meal delivery service for seniors, not a caregiver placement agency. The service focuses on providing prepared meals delivered to the senior's home rather than any in-person care or companionship. This makes it suitable as a nutritional support layer alongside existing care arrangements — whether the elder lives alone, with family, or with a caregiver. Families should confirm delivery windows, meal frequency (lunch only, or lunch and dinner), and reheating requirements, particularly if the senior manages meals independently. If clinical dietary management is needed — such as texture-modified meals for swallowing difficulties — verify whether Jia Food can accommodate this or whether a more specialised medical meal service is required.
No regulatory licences are listed on Jia Food's profile at this time, including SFA Food Shop or Catering Licences. Before placing a recurring order, families are advised to ask Jia Food directly for their SFA licence number and hygiene grade, as licensed food operators are required to display these details. For seniors with specific medical dietary requirements — low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, renal-appropriate, or soft/minced textures — it is equally important to confirm that the menu is developed with these needs in mind and that staff can accommodate modifications. Requesting a sample or trial meal before committing to a package is strongly recommended.
