Will not engage or recommend this agency in future. Owner will manipulate and use their words to their favour. You will see once money has been transferred to their bank account and they will play games with you. Regarding transfer helper they will say she is not suitable for you and things like that and will give you not good bio helpers - try giving these bios to fresh employers who is looking for helpers. I had to go to their website to choose the bios to request interview if not they wouldn’t give it to you as an option to interview. When we also decided to get the replacement helper upon her agreeing, next moment she is not available again and was given to other new employer. When we decided to stop using their services, and after a week later, I have to check back on the update for the refund process and owner said they do not sit in front of the computer to process refunds. They do not take the initiative to update the employer on the process and will need to constantly ask agency for an update regarding work permit, refund process etc. Also, I had to call the insurance agency myself to request for refunds as the agency does not do that on behalf of the employer when they are the ones who engage the insurance agency on behalf of the employer. — Thanks for your reply. You can try defending your agency and reply all the political correct responses that is favoring you. I have WhatsApp evidence and clearly you are playing games. Those who has engaged in your services would know and have also left you a review as well. Lastly, I have never come across an agency like yours. All the best!
