We sourced our FDW from this agency. Please do not believe the screening sheet scores as the FDW experience we had was horrendous. Not attending kid (2 yo) running near swimming pool, hitting kid with her sandals, stealing food from kid, taking multiple 2-3 hours break per day, always on the phone. asking for 200 SGD allowance for food. Refusing the stay at specific accommodation up to the point we had to call MOM and nearly the police. And I could go on... The agency staff is clearly fighting for the FDW and not the employer. If there is a problem, it is yours. If the problem is so obvious that cannot be blamed on you : it's ok, the FDW promised never to do it again. Blank statements and asking you to be Christian... On contractual sides, don't trust what they are saying - check with the MOM. For example, the staff tried to force the signature of the transfer consent form without informing that the employer has the choice to simply terminate. We could say : yes, it was a bad apple. But unfortunately, our friend who referred the agency is having similar problems with the maid referred by this agency and is seriously considering changing. My advice : Go find another agency! PS: After writing this review, the agency staff has threatened to contact the police for defamation. Fortunately all above statements can be backed by written communication and multiple witnesses.

The JSM management does not take its job seriously and does not take action when feedback is given.The workers are very rude and do not have basic etiquette.They are constantly creating nuisance and are not focused on completing the tasks assigned to them.These Workers are very incosiderate and cause a lot of mental stress for residents
