JiaJun stood out after I spoke to several interior design firms. He is thoughtful, practical and never recommends anything that stretches your budget without good reason. What I value most is that he treats the renovation as a shared journey. He focuses on what is right for the homeowner rather than what is profitable for him. No renovation is entirely flawless and anyone who pays close attention to details will spot the usual workmanship issues. The difference with JiaJun is that he takes ownership and resolves them without hesitation. His follow through is steady and reliable. An absolute 5 stars because his integrity and business ethics are clear in every interaction. The workmanship can be slightly improved, but his conduct and commitment make the overall experience a strong and reassuring one. 👍🏻

My wife and I were very pleased by the services provided by Juz ID. The role was more of managing the various different aspects of a renovation as we had pretty clear ideas on the design aspects. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule and importantly, without any drama or us needing to step in an micro-manage things. Communication with Juz ID through Jasmine was always excellent and we never feel that they were trying to up-sell us on anything. We went into this with some degree or trepidation considering the stories one hears but the process was mostly painless.

I had an amazing experience with JuzID for my first-ever house renovation, and I can't recommend them enough! I engaged them about 1.5 months before Chinese New Year, knowing that it was a hectic period with manpower shortages due to the festive season. Despite the tight timeline, they managed to complete the renovation within just 1.5 weeks, ensuring everything was ready in time for my move-in date. From start to finish, they made the entire journey so much easier and stress-free. They provided daily updates on the status of the renovation, which kept me informed and eased any concerns along the way. I really appreciated how they consistently checked in with me before making any decisions, even for changes. Eddie and Jasmine also made thoughtful recommendations to improve my house design, which I greatly appreciated. Their expertise and attention to detail truly elevated the final result. The only headache I had was deciding on the built-in wardrobe color and door style! 😂 But even that was made easier with their patience and guidance. Throughout the process, I learned so much about house renovation related things I had no prior knowledge of. Their guidance helped me make informed decisions, and I now feel much more confident about the whole renovation process. I also loved how the payment was structured on a milestone basis, which made everything feel transparent and manageable. Eddie and Jasmine were all incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They even helped to schedule and ensure the renovation was completed on time, which was crucial since I had a specific moving-in date. Initially, I was told it might not be possible, but they went above and beyond to make it happen and even handed over the house a day earlier than planned! One of the things I really appreciated was their thoughtfulness—they even mopped the corridor to ensure that dust and dirt wouldn't affect my neighbors. I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication, especially considering the challenging timeline. My home is now everything I envisioned, and I couldn’t have done it without them! I would totally recommend JuzID to anyone looking to do a house renovation.

Went with JuzID after looking thru several options for kitchen sink redo + removal of old structure (brick) covering the refuse chute door (easier access). Liased with Jasmine who was friendly and whom coordinated the reno and all the subcon. However assumptions and poor understanding of customer's request meant contractors had arrived and installed wooden caddy instead of reinstating the same structure style (brick). Extra days were lost and lots of back and forth however Jasmine made good in the end with no additional charge. Rectification by Jasmine was quick and the end result is fantastic, very nice finishing and all the subcon and ID were very friendly, just certain practices (lack of clarification) left me as customer feeling as if everything was settled, when it was not. Someone who is less attentive, less adept to spotting mistakes or elderly may not realise until the dust settles. Have to commend Jasmine however as the issues were rectified quickly and at little to no heavy cost. Would recommend JuzID, just ensure you lay out exactly what you want, point for point and ensure the contract and invoice are stated clearly and both sides agree on what has to be done. B+
