We were impressed with Alex and Lem from the very beginning. They took the time to visit our home to understand how we actually live, and proposed design solutions that were thoughtfully tailored to our lifestyle rather than a generic approach. The questions they asked early on showed a high level of attentiveness and care for details. During the planning stage, especially for the carpentry and cabinetry works, the discussions were very thorough and detailed. Each built-in item was carefully planned and explained, which gave us confidence throughout the renovation process. Communication during the renovation was timely and consistent, and Lem was especially patient in providing regular updates and coordinating the various aspects of the work. During in-person meetings, Alex was always warm, respectful, and open to ideas during in-person discussions. He took time to walk us through the pros and cons of our suggestions, remained objective when we needed space to decide, and offered his professional judgement when sought. His recommendations were consistently aligned with our preferences and, importantly, with our personalities as well. We are particularly happy with how Alex and Lem managed the lighting design and wind flow within the house, both of which have greatly improved the comfort and livability of our home. They also took the initiative to propose designs that matched our desire for a calm and understated style, showing a strong ability to interpret our needs through ongoing interactions. Even after completion, they remained attentive during the touch-up phase and addressed every request, no matter how small, with patience and professionalism. Alex and Yee Kuang are experienced and provided advices during our meet up sessions to go through details we like to have for our new home. They are very patience and our discussion for details are usually more than an hour and Yee Kuang is able to update the design to show us how it will looked like during the meeting itself. Prior to renovation work, detailed drawing/measurement are provided for us to review and finalised our home design. Our renovation work is completed in less than 2 months which we really appreciate the good project management and coordination. Their services and updates are frequent and we like it that they will record videos on and provide updates on the renovation progress. We recommend their ID services as they are professional and let you know what’s recommended and what’s not practically. As well as willing to spend time to go through with you the details.

Our ID, Lem, worked on our BTO as one of his projects, and we’re honestly very glad we chose him. From the very beginning, he was super proactive and made sure both my husband and I were involved in every discussion, so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication on the design. He explained everything in great detail and guided us clearly on what to avoid. The quotation process was also very transparent. Lem went through everything item by item and made sure there were no hidden costs at all. Throughout the renovation, he frequently visited the site to ensure the contractors followed the instructions properly. Now that it’s almost handover, even small and minor issues, he’s still responsible and helps us settle them. Overall, my husband and I are extremely pleased with our cozy home. The theme we wanted came together perfectly, and the final outcome truly reflects Lem’s design and ideas. 🏡✨
