About Kids At Heart Therapy Services
Kids At Heart Therapy Services offers counselling for children and families from a single centre at CT Hub 1, Kallang Avenue. The listing is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed. No regulatory licences are listed on this profile.
Families typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss the child's presenting concerns, whether those involve anxiety, behavioural difficulties, school adjustment, grief, or family transitions. From there, the therapist will recommend a suitable approach and session frequency — individual child therapy, parent guidance, or family sessions. It is worth confirming whether sessions are offered in-person at the Kallang centre or also via telehealth, and whether the counsellor's training and therapeutic modality align with the child's specific needs before committing to a package.
To enquire about availability or book an initial consultation, reach Kids At Heart Therapy Services via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form linked on this listing.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
We’re very grateful to have Amadea as our child’s therapist. She has always been patient, understanding, and truly dedicated to helping children learn how to manage their emotions. Over time, we’ve seen great improvement in our child’s ability to calm down, express feelings, and handle situations with more confidence and control. What we appreciate most is that Amadea doesn’t just focus on the child, but also works closely with us as parents. She takes the time to explain what our child might be experiencing and guides us on how to respond with patience and empathy. Through her support, we’ve learned how to better communicate, encourage positive behaviour, and create a more supportive home environment.Thank you, Amadea, for your kindness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. You’ve made a real difference in our child’s growth and in our family’s journey.
Miss Amadea Seow is professional and is a very patience person. She know how to catch my child small little action and she guided my child real well to control his emotions with lot of fun tactics. My child enjoyed every sessions with her.
We had been struggling to manage my son's attitude and anger at home, and also received negative feedback from several teachers about his behaviour. We tried both soft and hard approaches, but nothing seemed to work. After about 6 months of counselling with Ms Amadea, my son has learned to manage his anger and is more aware of how to handle situations better. When I lose my temper at home, he even reminds me to stay calm. He also looks forward to the counselling sessions and is always on his best behaviour in the week that follows. As parents, we have learned from Ms Amadea how to prevent tense situations and how to handle them when they do happen. I’m truly grateful we made the decision to see Ms Amadea, the sessions have not only benefited my son, but also helped us grow as parents. Once again, thank you Ms Amadea!
Amadea is a very good professional super kind with kids (mine love her) but also she is very good with parents. I paid for a kids sessions but at the end she was always giving excellent advices to me as well. She really helps us and I fully recommend her because kids feel confortable with her
My child was struggling with anger issues and growing up in a single parent family. Amadea has helped us so much in this journey. It has been 1.5 years since we completed our course but we can always count on her to be there whenever we need help during the little lapses or when he experiences new emotions/experiences that he needs somebody else to speak with.

Kids At Heart Therapy Services displays a '$$' price indicator, but specific per-session fees are not published on this listing — contact the practice directly to confirm the current rate. For context, private child and family counselling in Singapore typically runs S$100–200 per 50-minute session at private practices, with packages or blocks of sessions sometimes offered at a slight reduction. Ask whether an initial intake or assessment session is priced separately, and confirm any cancellation or no-show fee before booking. Some insurance plans and employee assistance programmes cover counselling sessions — check your policy before the first visit, as the practice may be able to provide the receipts or documentation required for reimbursement. A GP or specialist referral is not required to book directly with Kids At Heart Therapy Services, though having one can help if you intend to claim through insurance or a corporate employee assistance programme. For the first visit, families are usually asked to complete an intake form covering the child's background, presenting concerns, and any prior assessments or diagnoses — gathering school reports, developmental assessments, or relevant medical letters beforehand can make that session more productive. For children with complex presentations — such as suspected autism, ADHD, or significant trauma — a psychologist or developmental paediatrician's assessment may sit alongside the counselling work rather than replace it. Confirm with the practice whether they coordinate with other professionals or operate as a standalone counselling service.
Counsellors in Singapore are not yet regulated under a statutory licensing framework in the way that physiotherapists (AHPC) or TCM practitioners (TCMPB) are. The voluntary professional body is the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), and registered members hold recognised qualifications and are bound by a code of ethics — SAC membership is the primary credibility signal to check for. No regulatory licences are listed on this KakiList profile. Before booking, ask the practice directly for the therapist's qualifications, professional memberships, and any specialisations relevant to your child's needs (e.g. play therapy certification, trauma-informed training, or experience with specific diagnoses). Confirm the practitioner's licence or registration number on the relevant professional body's public register before treatment.
