I have previously called your hotline to enquire about the following after my first tingkat was delivered. #1 stop having 2 rice in my food order & #2 change the food delivery packaging from Tiffin to microwave containers. I was told NONE of the request can be accommodated as my contact is a 12 meal contract. It has started and nothing can be changed. I wrote email on this and there is no reply. my second meal came in disgusting tiffin containers. Are the tiffin containers checked and cleanse before reusing - after it was collected back from your customers? How is it reusable in this condition?
