About Kim's Kitchen

About Kim's Kitchen

Kim's Kitchen offers meal delivery for seniors across Singapore, operating from its base at FoodXchange @ Admiralty. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and the service holds a 4.7/5 rating across 173 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent customer satisfaction. No regulatory licences are listed, which is worth clarifying directly with the provider, as food preparation and delivery operations in Singapore typically require an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence.

Families considering meal delivery for an elderly parent or relative should begin by discussing the senior's dietary requirements — including texture preferences, low-sodium or diabetic-friendly options, allergen restrictions, and portion sizes suited to reduced appetite. It is worth confirming delivery frequency (daily, weekday-only, or seven days), delivery windows, packaging (microwave-safe and easy to open for seniors with limited dexterity), and whether the service can accommodate changing needs over time. Families who coordinate care across multiple decision-makers should clarify how schedule changes or pauses are handled, and what the process is if a delivery is missed.

To take the next step, reach out to Kim's Kitchen via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss the senior's specific dietary needs, confirm current delivery slots for your area, and ask about the SFA licence and hygiene grade before committing to a regular arrangement.

Despite it is a busy peak day at CNY Day 1, they did not fall short of expectation. I fact, I must appraised Cynthia for her excellent service and patience. She guided me with the ordering and what their service encompass. She responded fast and provided informative information. Nearer to the delivery date, she gave a reminded and ask if we need to amend or add more dishes. On day of delivery, she update timely on the delivery schedule. Makan time, we ordered mini buffet for 25 pax. Food were well packed and kept warm. Quantity seem more than expected. Curry curry curry chicken.. So good that you wish they have given more. He he.. Wow.. Look at the big prawn. Mum was impressed. Big fish... They are generous with the quality of food; and more than sufficient quality to feed all my guests. That makes the Lim's family happy. A great way to start a gluttony year of the horse. Horsey lah.

Ordered Kim Kitchenz buffet catering for our Lunar CNY reunion dinner and it was a great choice. The food arrived on time, setup was neat, and the dishes were served warm. Portions were generous and the food suited both adults and kids. Overall a fuss-free and satisfying reunion dinner — would consider ordering again for future occasions.

If you are looking for a reliable mini buffet that hits the spot without the hassle, Kim Kitchenz is a fantastic shout, this spread definitely leveled up our CNY gathering! Also a huge thank you to Cynthia for introducing me this buffet, her customer service was top notch. Thank you for being so responsive during this cny period. • Curry Chicken: Rich, aromatic, and loaded with tender chicken and potatoes. It’s the kind of gravy you’ll want to drench your bee hoon in. • Fried Bee Hoon: Perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh prawns. It wasn't oily at all, which is a rare win for catering! • Sweet & Sour Fish: A must-have for "Abundance" during CNY. The sauce had the perfect tang, and the fish held its texture well. • Cereal/Butter Prawns & Ngoh Hiang: These were the ultimate crowd-pleasers. The Ngoh Hiang was crisp and savory, especially with the dipping sauce. 11/10 would order again. Thanks again to Cynthia for the recommendation—you saved our CNY dinner!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Kim's Kitchen charge?

Kim's Kitchen displays a '$$' price indicator, but specific package pricing is not publicly listed — contact the provider directly to confirm current rates. When enquiring, ask whether pricing is per meal, per day, or bundled into a weekly or monthly package, and whether there is a minimum order commitment. Also confirm whether delivery is included in the quoted price or charged separately, particularly for areas further from Admiralty, and whether a public holiday surcharge applies. Live-in or visit-based — which does Kim's Kitchen offer?

Kim's Kitchen is a meal delivery service for seniors, not a live-in or visit-based caregiving arrangement. It is best understood as a support layer — providing regular, nutritious meals — rather than a substitute for personal care, companionship, or medical assistance. For families managing broader eldercare needs, meal delivery from a dedicated provider like Kim's Kitchen is often combined with other services: a part-time caregiver for personal care, a day activity centre for social engagement, or a home nursing service for clinical needs. Confirm delivery frequency and timing with Kim's Kitchen to ensure the schedule fits around any existing care arrangements.

Is the service licensed and insured?

No regulatory licences are currently listed for Kim's Kitchen on KakiList. Food preparation and delivery businesses in Singapore are typically required to hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, and the hygiene grade (A through D) should be displayed at the premises. Before committing to a regular delivery arrangement, ask Kim's Kitchen directly for their SFA licence number and hygiene grade. Confirm also how food safety is maintained during delivery — particularly for hot meals that need to arrive within a safe temperature window — and what the process is if a delivery is delayed or a meal is found to be unsatisfactory.
