Very good experience with this (relatively) new TCM in Eastpoint. Visited a few times in the last few months for various ailments but the most recent visit this week prompted this review. Dr Tan went through the consultation with great patience and professionalism. She took the time to diagnose with both questions as well as physical examination of my arm and shoulder. She could converse proficiently in both English and Mandarin, and gave me a sense of comfort and ease especially for the acupuncture which was not uncomfortable at all. I also had tuina treatment from Taozi-jie and she was both knowledgeable and skillful. She was able to explain where my issues were and knew exactly where to apply the right techniques to address my injury. Would definitely visit again should the need arise.

I've been looking forward to this branch ever since I found out that it's opening soon because it's closer to my home. The place is easy to find, it only takes three minutes from Simei MRT station to find the clinic.
