Excellent service from Ms Sharifah and team. They knew our requirements well, found the suitable candidates and arranged for timely video interviews. Once we selected our helper, the process was swift and seamless. They followed our timeline exactly as we wanted and they delivered what was promised. After speaking to my helper, her journey from her home country to our household was also done very professionally. When it comes to looking for a maid agency, I would highly recommend them. I am surprised to read other customer reviews. But to date, my helper has not given me any problems for 3 months. I called agent as I was interested in this maid based on her salary and work experience. I paid her the deposit of $1000 immediately after interview and she process work fast. MOM initially rejected due to some technical glitch. After she appeal, I got the maid within 8 days from application. I called her quite often to seek her advice on maid matters as I have 2 helpers. The boss is very fast in her work and get things done quickly. Her service fees so far I felt is average. My first helper felt her loan was a bit more but she acknowledge her service is good and fast.y
