Did a 5-rm resale reno with Kitchenate led by Darren and Yiina and had a great experience. I saw a few IDs before Kitchenate, but none really solved my design problem - we cook a lot and we needed a functional kitchen that fits 3 fridges and an island in a small space. Darren and Yiina paid attention to our requirements and gave a design proposal that ticked all the boxes that fit our lifestyle. Yiina has a great eye for design that captured the "feel" we were going for. Darren was very responsive and involved in the project from start to end. The team guided us at every step of the reno process, making good recommendations when we were getting overwhelmed with options. Darren was quick to rectify any issues that came up along the way, and personally had control during the entire duration of project. Having him around to project manage even allowed me to go on a 2-week holiday, and he also helped coordinate my third-party deliveries when I am held up at work. There will inevitably be changes and issues that pop up along the way, but Darren was amenable to these changes throughout the renovation. Even after the handover, Darren is still more than willing to help rectify any issues that we notice after we moved in. While Kitchenate's quote might not be the lowest at first glance, it is the most complete out of all the quotes we had gathered, and most accurately represented the extent of the work we were asking for. Looking across the different quotes I have received, Kitchenate's prices are more than fair. I recommend that anyone looking for an ID should at least stop by Kitchenate, and get to know Darren and Yiina for yourselves. These are trustworthy people - a quality that I think is incredibly hard to find in an unregulated industry. We enjoyed working with them so much that we have recommended them to our family and friends. They did my mum’s kitchen and bathroom renovations to make it more old people friendly!

Honestly, we did not do any research on Kitchenate’s previous projects. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision, to do the kitchen makeover and for choosing Darren. Blamed it on gut feeling - he was someone we feel we could trust.PS We bumped into him helping out at his FIL’s roadshow at Suntec City. We are happy that the kitchen renovations and full house painting works were completed on time by the deadline set. From the start, we wanted a mutually respectful working relationship - It was not all entirely smooth sailing- realistically, but nothing that could not be overcome. Our needs were addressed, we sought opinions, alternative suggestions were offered by Darren- Celeste working team. We were also pleased with the subcontractors - tiles, carpentry, electrical works, painting, etc, mostly punctual, diligent, and helpful. Our family, relatives and friends had only positive compliments on our complete kitchen transformation during the recent Hari Raya visit. Thank you Darren and Celeste!

Engaged Celeste from kitchenate for home. With the information and idea that we had in mind, together with her professional advise. The end result of our home was much more beautiful than we could think of at the start. The whole process from consultation till handover was great, and even with a few bumps in between, Celeste was quick to provide a solution and resolve it. They did my 12 years old condo’s kitchen. It was a very small kitchen with a lot of difficulties. JS was an excellent help in making sure all my needs are fulfilled.working on an occupied house the dust was kept to a minimum. Great work to the team. This had to be my best experience to date. Looking forward to upgrade my rooms.
