I contacted Le Homme Concepts for a curtain repair job. They initially confirmed the appointment and promised to turn up. However, on the day itself, they were a complete no-show — no message, no call, nothing. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone, but they did not pick up or respond. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Truly a disappointing experience.

Very poor after sales service. During warranty, if anything spoil, they are not responsive and it takes months to schedule appt to fix your issues. My zip blind motor spoil. And it was left open before spoil. Already inform how critical it is if it rains. Still they nvr attend to me.
