Enquiring parties should begin by confirming capacity for their specific event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating — as cocktail capacity is typically 1.5–2× the banquet seated figure. The F&B policy is a central consideration: confirm whether catering is in-house only, whether an external caterer is permitted (and what corkage or minimum spend applies), and whether a bar service and Liquor Licence cover the event. Key venue terms to establish in writing include aircon hours, A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), noise curfew, setup and teardown access windows (which often fall outside the rented block), parking arrangements, and accessibility via lift, ramp, and accessible toilets. If a wedding solemnisation is planned, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation site or whether a Justice of the Peace must be arranged separately.
To proceed, contact Level33 Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form, share your event date, format, and estimated headcount, and request a site recce before paying the deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
I visited this restaurant on my birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service from the staff, especially Melissa and Alfred, was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, which made the evening feel very special and memorable. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. On top of that, the view was stunning and added so much to the overall atmosphere. I was deeply impressed. Highly recommended.
Went on a Saturday for lunch and opted for their lunch set — great decision. The beef tartare was fresh and well-balanced, the white fish sashimi was clean and delicate, and both the chicken and salmon were cooked nicely without being overdone. For dessert we had crispy churros on the outside, soft inside, and the lava chocolate cake. Portions were satisfying without being overly heavy, making it a very comfortable lunch. The overall experience felt thoughtful and well-paced. Solid spot for a relaxed yet quality lunch — would happily come back again.
Level 33 provides a solid dining experience anchored by its breathtaking panoramic view of Marina Bay, which is the undeniable main attraction. The food is decent, with notable highlights including a rich and creamy burrata, perfectly balanced with sweet, acidic tomatoes, and an amazing mango-pineapple dessert tart. The well-crafted drinks are a plus, though some dishes, like the surprisingly lean Wagyu beef, don't fully meet expectations. For the best visit, time your trip for late afternoon to capture the sunset, or secure an evening reservation to watch the city lights come alive. The venue is consistently popular, especially on weekends, so booking ahead is essential to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and unforgettable vistas, which ultimately make the visit worthwhile.
Absolutely spectacular experience I had with my girlfriend. To celebrate my 2nd anniversary with her, I booked a reservation that was accompanied by their customer service April who was fantastic, and also recommended ways to make the day better in just the tiniest ways. They also let me add a lil’smt to our dessert just to make things even better! The waiting time was honestly perfect, just didn’t know that i needed to inform the sharing plate when we wanted it HAHA. They offered the BEST oysters 🦪 I’ve ever had, complimented with their garlic beer lager sauce, lemon and tobasco. The pork collar was perfect in the level of fat and leanness, and the sauce was perfect together with it. The sharing cut of the day was perfect, and was the first time I’ve ever seen somebody who hated something loving it instead! The blond lager craft beer was perfect and went down like water 🍻🍻 All in all, perfect and an actual life-changing experience packed with the best services! Biggest thanks to keith and the rest of the crew on that day, and especially the executive chef of the day!
Had a wonderful dinner with my wife and daughter. The food was great, especially the steak, and I really enjoyed the Stout beer. The staff were all very nice, particularly Sir Mark. We even got to move to an outdoor table with a beautiful view of MBS. Thank you, Mark!

Level33 Singapore prices on a package basis, which is standard for venue rental. Function rooms and event spaces in Singapore typically run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while premium or view-facing spaces in the CBD can sit at the higher end or be priced as half-day or full-day packages ranging from S$1,500–8,000+ for smaller venues upward. Itemise what is included before comparing packages: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access. Common add-ons include a corkage fee for external caterers (typically S$3–8 per pax), extended-hours surcharges outside the noise curfew, and photography or videography permits. Contact Level33 Singapore directly by phone or via the enquiry form to obtain a current package quote tailored to your headcount and event format. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Confirm the capacity figure for your specific format — the same room can typically hold 1.5–2× more guests in a standing cocktail arrangement than in a banquet round-table setup, with theatre seating falling between the two. Ask for the floor plan and check whether layout flexibility is available for hybrid formats. For F&B, establish whether catering is handled in-house exclusively or whether an approved external caterer is permitted (with or without corkage). In-house F&B venues generally set a minimum spend per pax that replaces the hall rental fee. Liquor arrangements — house wine list versus BYO with corkage, typically S$15–30 per bottle for wine and higher for spirits — should be confirmed in writing. If a wedding solemnisation is on the agenda, ask whether Level33 Singapore is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether a Justice of the Peace needs to be sourced separately.
Venue bookings in Singapore typically require a deposit of 30–50% to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings in CBD locations book out 6–12 months ahead, particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November, so early enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm in venues adjacent to residential or hotel accommodation), parking options, and accessibility provisions including lift access and accessible toilets. Ask what happens if a force-majeure event — weather, a public-health restriction, or building access issue — requires postponement; reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying the deposit is strongly recommended. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
