Really thankful for Little Shepherd’s’ Schoolhouse at St. Francis Xavier. Both of my sons look forward to school everyday. The teachers always go the extra mile. They balance helping the kids, while encouraging them to build their own curiosity and confidence. I love that the school focuses on values, sometimes Catholic-based, and builds healthy habits in such a positive way. The environment feels homely and warm, and the centre leader’s energy really sets the tone for the whole place. The school is very clean and they manage to keep viruses well under control, which gives me a peace of mind. Outdoor spaces are well contained within the church grounds, with little exposure to external dangers. Overall, a wonderful school that I’m glad my children are in!

My 2 kids attend LSS@SFX and I can tell they receive a lot of love and patience from their teachers! Teachers are prompt in updates, and always open to discussions on progress of the kids and how we can work together both in school and at home. My little ones always have great stories to tell about their day in school, and they especially love the songs they learn in school. Even at home they are asking to listen to the songs and stories they've learnt about in school. Faith-based education is also important to us and we are thankful that teachers model these values for the children too. Will definitely recommend this school to parents looking for a compassionate and loving learning environment for their children.
