We engaged Rachel and Kaden for the design of our new apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the start, the team was attentive to our preferences, patient in understanding our lifestyle needs, and creative in translating their ideas into a beautiful, functional home for us. What impressed us the most was how efficient they were in preparing a 2D virtual sketch of our designed home during a follow-up meeting, which greatly aiding the visualisation of their ideas to us. We first discovered Loft.9 through social media. Initially, we were unsure if they would be the right fit, but after much consideration, we decided to engage them for our renovation — and we are very glad we did. From the beginning, Christine impressed us with her strong design sense and creativity. She came up with ideas that were not only beautiful but also highly practical for our lifestyle. We had a very tight timeline of just three months to move in, and despite the challenge, she managed to deliver our home on time without compromising on quality. During the renovation, Christine was proactive, resourceful, and imaginative in designing our space. Some of her ideas initially felt bold, but we are grateful we trusted her expertise — the end result exceeded our expectations. I must also commend Christine for her patience and professionalism. 9 weeks was all it took for Jesslin to finish up a completely empty BTO! From screeding to tiling to setting up the partitions, and carpentry, everything was done in an exceptionally efficient manner. I engaged Joey as my interior designer for a full revamp of my home, and I’m really happy with the outcome. The finished work turned out very close to the 3D render that was provided at the start, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Joey is very responsive to messages and open to changes whenever I requested them, which made the renovation experience smooth and stress-free. She also doesn’t try to hard-sell, which I really appreciate — it always felt like she had my preferences and budget in mind rather than pushing unnecessary add-ons. The renovation timeline was well managed with little to no delay (apart from permits, which was expected). Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the final results. Highly recommend Joey if you’re looking for someone reliable, attentive, and detail-oriented for your renovation.
