I would like to give a full 5-star review to my ID Victor Chang. Throughout the entire renovation journey, Victor has been extremely professional, patient and very detailed. He always listens carefully to our ideas, and even when we ourselves are unsure, he is able to propose solutions that are practical, beautiful and within budget. His design sense is very modern, clean and functional — yet he still makes sure the space is comfortable for daily living. Victor is also very responsible in his project follow up. Every stage he keeps me updated without me needing to chase. Timeline planning, material selection, colour coordination, carpentry alignment — all these he is very meticulous. If got any small issue, he will quickly solve and never push responsibility away. He is really someone who puts his heart into every detail and treats the house like his own project, not just a normal job. I am genuinely very happy with the final result and extremely satisfied with his service. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy, talented and responsible ID — look for Victor Chang.
