⭐ Honest Review of Maid Avenue (with Ms. Hani) Ms. Hani has been such a great help — always responsive, kind, and incredibly patient with me and my endless worries! We chose a new/fresh helper from Myanmar, and throughout the entire process, Ms. Hani truly understood what my main priorities were — especially when it comes to my three “monster” kids (hahaha!). We had multiple rounds of interviews with the helper we eventually selected, but I still had my doubts. At one point, the helper shared that she felt scared and not confident about taking care of three kids alone. Ms. Hani handled the situation so thoughtfully — she reassured the helper, encouraged her to take a day to think it over, and followed up the next day. The helper later informed Ms. Hani that she was okay and willing to proceed. That really put my mind at ease. Still, I wanted to make sure the helper felt safe and confident too, so I even requested a final interview — which Ms. Hani kindly arranged without hesitation. What really touched me was how dedicated she is — Ms. Hani even answered my calls and WhatsApp messages on her off days or early in the morning before she even started work. That level of commitment and care is truly rare. Her patience, understanding, and reassurance really made this whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. It is my first time trying to hire a helper and chance upon Maid Avenue. From the quick responses to my queries, the interviews and application, all was done smoothly. I did not even have to physically be present which is a plus point as Im a working mom. The helper was even sent to my parents' house. All these was done efficiently.
