Maid Easily deserves admiration for a very professionally-run company. Well-done! Our journey of getting a domestic helper started with many searches through MOM website and recommendations. But our biggest find was in “Maid Easily” and Ms Zee. Ms Zee’s clear explanation on the process of employing a helper was very, very helpful. In fact, she was able to guide me through the multiple steps needed. She was really instrumental in easing the understanding, especially when we were unaware of the process. We are also grateful that the “helper” was properly “instructed/informed” by Ms Zee, about the laws/rules/etiquette required of a domestic-helper. Naturally, our helper feels assured and motivated. She has been performing the many tasks tremendously well, beyond expectations (with minimal adjustments) and with little supervision. This is so, so different from our past “helper”. Also, the “follow-up” contacts/calls to both the helper and the employer were really helpful and pleasant. This really shows how personal and caring Maid Easily is, to customer like us. We are truly very surprised by the high standards and professionalism. This company really has a heart for the domestic-assistance service. Great Job Maid Easily (Ms Zee).

Kak Zee is super friendly and good listener. She listen and understands what we as an employer wanted. She does not push and let us make our decision. Our Helper was trained properly before handed over to us. Kak Zee make an attempt to do a follow up once a while to find out if we are having any difficulties. Overall me & my hubby very happy and touched by her service. Highly recommend Maid Easily!
