**Extremely disappointing experience with this agency** I had a terrible experience with this maid agency and cannot recommend them. When issues arose with our helper, the agency promised they would provide solutions but completely failed to follow through on their commitments. After our maid spoke with Mary from the agency, the situation actually got worse instead of better, creating even more drama and complications. Mary was incredibly irresponsible in handling the matter and was extremely slow to respond to our concerns when we needed urgent assistance. The agency provided no real help or support when we needed it most. We expected professional service and problem-solving, but instead received empty promises and poor communication. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and responsive agency.
