Kudos for the paw's stamping and memorial card which would be treasured forever. The unexpected passing of my beloved furkid on 6 Sept left us feeling lost and unprepared. From the very first phone call to MPS, the customer care staff were incredibly helpful and patient. They guided us through the options, explaining how we could choose to have his ashes scattered on-site, placed in a columbarium, or a sea burial. The information was invaluable and gave us the comfort of knowing we could take our time to make the right decision for him later. When we confirmed the engagement with Paul, he was incredibly understanding of our situation, and accomodated our request for a late pickup that night, allowing us to spend a little more time with him. The next day, during the memorial, the team led by Serene was just as compassionate. They gave us the space and time we needed, never rushing us through the process. We were given the utmost privacy to bid our final goodbyes. The team's empathy, patience, and consideration made a difficult day much more bearable. I would like to Thank Ms Ling and Mr Paul for all the arrangements. We were so devastated to lose our beloved 16yrs old Cookie within the week. This is my first time sending off a pet. I did a call to Mandai Pet sanctuary and Ling explained everything clearly, and arrangements were done up in minutes. Paul came early before the scheduled time to VES hospital to pick Cookie the next day. He treated the remains with gentleness and was very careful. Yesterday, we went to pick Cookie’s ashes, chose the heart shaped urn and received the thoughtful paw prints. The words on the card bring tears to our eyes. You all are really doing a wonderful job, giving pet owners console in this painful time. Thank you very much.
