The customer service is worse than ever! I wanted to enroll my baby in preschool, but no one answered the phone after numerous calls. When I finally got through, I left my information, and they said someone would contact me. However, over a month passed without any response. Later, I went to the school in person, where they had me fill out an information form outside. They said they would contact me again, but still no news. I then filled out the form on their website, and finally someone sent me an email, but it only informed me that the school visit slots were full and I could only be placed on the waiting list. I replied to the email saying that I had left my information a long time ago, but no one had responded, and then again, I heard nothing. I'm very disappointed. How can a large chain preschool provide such poor service? I can't imagine if they would be responsible and attentive to my child. Big question mark!
