The team did their due diligence of interviewing the helpers with questions you would potentially miss out as first time employers. They would then send across the interview clips and from there, employers will narrow down the best candidates to interview. Just imagine how much time you save, and how this speeds up the whole process! I almost did not went with this agency because there weren't any profiles with the right fit at that point of time and we could not afford to wait. Instead of pressuring us to hire a sub-par domestic worker, they decided to return us the deposit. This just showcase their integrity.
