On the first day of handover, Carmen personally came down with the helper, explained the contract in detail, clarified the payment schedule, and ensured all necessary documents were prepared. Many Thanks to Chermaine Sim, for her super customer success service! She personally oversee every step from her careful & thorough screening for the "best fit" candidates for our purpose is much appreciated, saving my wife & me alot alot of time / effort. She is super friendly & dedicated, working late nights & twice past midnight to keep us posted & arranging for interviews, given we can only do them after work and also not easy to arrange the overseas candidates for calls at short notice. Once we selected, she kept us updated all the time from Visa approval, MOM approval, medical check status/concern, arrival to SG and finally the face to face detailed explanation on the day the new maid is deployed to my home. I had a very positive experience with Shauna and the team. Even though I eventually decided not to hire a helper due to personal reasons, they were extremely responsive, prompt, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to conduct comprehensive interviews and recommended good quality candidates. I responded to their Facebook advertisement and the team replied very quickly. I was not the easiest case, as I had special requirements and was applying for a second helper. Other agencies were negative, but Leena was positive and reassuring. She told me it could be done and even responded during the wee hours of the night. I’m very happy with this agency and their service. They are meticulous, professional, and transparent at every step, and they consistently kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciate being in the same chat group with the agent, supplier, and other team members. This open communication reassured me greatly and built a lot of trust. They are honest about the quality of helpers and do not oversell. I was told they have weeded out less-qualified helpers, as quantity is not their focus—quality is. They also explain potential circumstances clearly in advance. Although their pricing is on the higher side, the transparency, follow-through, and peace of mind make it well worth it. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a very 5/5 experience with Master Employment Agency especially with the help of Carmen! They came highly recommended by my friend. As first time employer, we were clueless about the processes required. Carmen was very professional and reassuring. At the first point of contact, she already sent across all the documents/links/information we need, she gave us a preview of what to expect and was very responsive even on the weekends. What really stood out with this agency was how well they match the profiles of the helpers with said requirements. The whole process was seamless. The team did their due diligence of interviewing the helpers with questions you would potentially miss out as first time employers. They would then send across the interview clips and from there, employers will narrow down the best candidates to interview. Just imagine how much time you save, and how this speeds up the whole process! I almost did not went with this agency because there weren't any profiles with the right fit at that point of time and we could not afford to wait. Instead of pressuring us to hire a sub-par domestic worker, they decided to return us the deposit. This just showcase their integrity. We considered another family's friend agency, but really the whole process could not be compared to Master Employment Agency. Eventually, there were matching profiles and we are grateful to work with Carmen and team once again! All in all, these are the main reasons why i rate them a 5/5.
