Today I went for my first class and I enjoyed my class to the Bits! I don’t even like working out. I like my coach the best! This coach teaches with heart and other student spilled some tea to me that this coach is da best and cares for students. Even go through what brand Greek yoghurt I should be buying and no bubble tea. This coach is so good that I’m gatekeeping! Dang :)
This gym has top-of-the-range equipment for bodybuilding and caters well to both beginners and advanced lifters. There is also a wide range of equipment for CrossFit, calisthenics and Hyrox training. The space is well organised and the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating. I would highly recommend it to anyone serious about their training or looking to start.
I’m very disappointed with Max Out Fitness Orchard. The machines are constantly out of order, and this has been happening for a long time without improvement. With so many machines unavailable, members are forced to queue for the few that are working, which makes it frustrating and almost impossible to enjoy a proper workout. If you don’t mind for these, just come and suffer together.
By participating the 6 weeks challenge in Max OUT has been rewarding and beneficial to my overall health wellness. Kudos to one of the best trainer, Dorothy Seah who has been very meticulous in paying attention to all in ensuring safety and consistency in our strength training. Thank you.
Exceptional Gym Experience with Knowledgeable Trainer and Inviting Environment I signed up for their 6 weeks challenge program and am going to end my program soon. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped. My trainer, Jarren has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. Their expertise and personalized approach have made each session challenging yet rewarding. His tailored workouts pushed me to my limits but also helped me ensure proper form and technique. furthermore, he has always encouraged me to reach my max! Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for fitness experience. From the exceptional trainers to the inviting environment, it's clear that this facility prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its members. Also big thanks to Melvin for his enthusiastic marketing promotions which encouraged me to sign up for another 6 weeks challenge in June 2024. Looking forward to a new me this year!👍👍👍
