My ID Albert, i was so impressed by his ideas initiative and presentation. I just told him that i bought a 3room resale flat which comes with only 2bedrooms. But i told him i want the 2bedrooms to be converted to 3bedrooms. Another thing i want is a walk in pantry. The 1st time i went to meet him to discuss further, Albert has the drawing plan ready.
