About Mindful Space
Mindful Space is a counselling practice located at 28c Hongkong St, Singapore 059667, serving clients islandwide. It is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The practice holds a 4.9-star rating across 52 Google reviews, a moderate sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction.
When approaching Mindful Space, prospective clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their presenting concerns and goals — whether that involves anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or general mental well-being. It is worth asking about the format of the first session, any intake questionnaire to complete beforehand, and whether sessions are available in-person at Hongkong Street or via telehealth for clients who prefer remote access. Clarify whether the practice operates on a single-session basis or recommends a recurring package, and confirm the cancellation and rescheduling policy before committing. If you intend to claim through an employer's Employee Assistance Programme or a health insurance policy, ask whether the counsellor can provide the documentation required for reimbursement.
To take the next step, reach out to Mindful Space via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request an initial appointment and confirm current availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
This is the second time I’ve enrolled my child in Mindful Space’s holiday camp. My child specifically asked to attend again, which already says a lot! Once again, it was a wonderful experience. The camp was thoughtfully planned with a great balance of mindfulness, creativity, movement and social activities. The aerial yoga was the highlight. My child absolutely loved it! The teachers were warm, patient and very attentive, which made the kids feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this camp!
My son really loves going for activities here, especially the aerial yoga ◡̈ the teachers are very kind and understanding towards his need for movement. Appreciate their gentle guidance, and also their feedback on how we can continue to support him at home. Will definitely sign him up for more camps in the future (:
We had such a good experience with Mindful Space’s 5-day holiday camp. The teachers really took time to connect with both my kids on a personal level. The kids actually formed friendships with teachers and camp-mates that continued beyond the camp. For my kids, it felt like 5 days of adventure — they did so much, from excursions to places of worship, eating at hawkers, exploring the outdoors, and being in both urban and nature spaces. I honestly look forward to signing them up at every holiday opportunity. All the teachers were great, but special shout-out to Teacher Dawn for creating such a supportive and safe space for my son. It really meant a lot to me. 🫶
My daughter has been going to mindful space for the past few years, regularly going for holiday camps and weekly for yoga lessons. The teachers there are extremely nurturing and have their hearts in the right place! Thank you so much for introducing the right habits and ways of life to our kids!
We had a bug exploration birthday party arranged by Mindful Space. The program was very educational and fun too! We would like to try other camps/classes next time. Totally recommend!

Mindful Space displays a mid-range price indicator but does not publish specific session rates publicly. In Singapore, private counselling sessions typically run S$100–250 per 50-minute hour, with the first intake or assessment session sometimes priced differently. Some practices offer session packages at a slight discount compared with pay-per-session rates. Confirm the per-session fee, whether an intake or assessment session is priced separately, and the cancellation policy before your first appointment. If you are claiming through an Employee Assistance Programme or private health insurance, ask whether receipts or diagnostic codes are provided. See the full counselling cost guide for Singapore →
Most counselling practices in Singapore do not require a formal GP referral for self-referred clients, though a referral from a polyclinic, hospital, or psychiatrist can sometimes shorten waitlists or support an insurance or Medisave claim. Mindful Space does not list specific referral requirements, so it is worth asking directly when you enquire. Expect the first session to function as an intake assessment — the counsellor will explore your concerns, goals, and relevant history before agreeing on a working approach. If you have a specific diagnosis or are currently on medication, sharing that information upfront helps the counsellor determine whether the practice is the right fit or whether a different level of support (such as a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist) would be more appropriate.
Singapore does not yet have a single statutory register that all counsellors must join, unlike physiotherapists (AHPC) or TCM practitioners (TCMPB). However, reputable counsellors typically hold membership or registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or are registered with the Singapore Register of Counsellors (SRC), which sets baseline training and ethical standards. Mindful Space does not list specific regulatory licences on its KakiList profile. Before booking, ask the counsellor for their professional registration body, membership number, and highest relevant qualification (typically a Master's in Counselling or Clinical Psychology). Confirm the practitioner's professional indemnity insurance is current. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
