Easy interface to use and paid for 1 month subscription to be able to chat and conduct interviews with helpers. Managed to find my helper through the app, which was more effective than through agencies. could also extend offer, though I did it manually instead. Would recommend

Good platform for searching helpers directly. But must be careful of the auto renew subscription. I forgot to check and it just deducted another 3 months without any reminder messages. Very unhappy 😭 I also used another platform for direct hire but dun have such problems as it requires a person to click to renew subscription. Obviously it is good to earn money as no possible of refund even no need anymore. I will be able to give 5 stars without this auto renew subscription function. Update: I am surprised that I managed to get back refund later on. So I m happy to change ratings as 5 stars, as I managed to get a good helper through this platform without agency. Thanks much
