Had a wonderful experience at Miska Café – Sentosa Cove! The food was absolutely delicious, and the pizza was especially outstanding — perfectly baked, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. I want to give this a 5-star review because I love Mediterranean food and the dishes were unique and varied. The portions were also quite generous. However, we were sorely disappointed at the quality of the food. My wife’s Mediterranean salad was just so-so, and the falafels clearly were full of flour or some filler instead of the expected crunchy texture. My Mediterranean breakfast was supposed to have “potato wedges” and “chicken sausage” but instead got French fries and a wrinkly hot dog (frankfurter). The ketchup included with the French fries was inedible as it was spoiled (see picture of bubbly ketchup). It was a let down as this was our last night at Sentosa and really wanted to enjoy some quality Mediterranean food. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately we won’t be back.
