We enjoyed the whole renovation journey and was really glad to be working with Joseph for our first home!! Joseph was able to deliver what we had in mind and minor rectification works was always done promptly. Greatly appreciate the advices he gave us especially in terms of toilets design and helping us in our decision to choose the tiles/carpentry. We engaged Monoloft after comparing with several ID companies and did not regret on our decision. Joseph whom we liaised is very responsive and accommodating. Despite Covid-19 suitation, they are able to deliver the project on time and in good workmanship. Post renovation, we asked for some minor touch up and Joseph is always there with prompt responses. I've engaged Jian Zhong from Monoloft to help to rectify my leaking tap which had caused damage to the cabinet below my sink. He was meticulous and very prompt in answering my queries even when I texted him in the wee hours of the morning. I was extremely pleased with the progress of the renovation. It was very systematic and flowed smoothly. Though it was a small job, many parties were involved, namely the dismantling team, the cabinet installers, the stone tabletop assemble people and lastly the plumbers. Jian Zhong coordinated with all these people and each did his part to complete the job and I had a brand new working kitchen. I would highly recommend Jian Zhong as your ID if you ever want to renovate your house.
