Today, I thought Erica arranged a mom interview 3 months online with my helper but it was actually her who wanted to follow up with me and my new helper to see how is she and I are getting along. This is the second time she called to follow up. Thank you for helping us manage issues even when you are sick. As I had bad experience with bliss helper agents when we ask for help it didnt come, and we had to wait for months.
