We are extremely satisfied with our experience at My Queens confinement centre. There is a dedicated team of staff to take care of baby at the nursery while mummy is able to rest and recuperate in peace. As first time parents, we were rather lost and had so many unanswered questions. Mei Ling and her team was patient and answered every single question we had. The stay at My Queens was truly a well needed one to prepare myself both mentally and physically as my little one is well taken off while I focus on embracing motherhood a step at a time. Special thanks to all the Nusery staff: Mia, Lixia, Yong Yan, Nava, Siew Choo, Laura, Ah Yuan and Kuan Yu for all the support provided. The confinement meals provided was satisfactory and the portion is quite filling. Housekeeping staff at the hotel would clean the room everyday making the stay extra comfortable. As part of the package, there are postnatal massage sessions which helped me to relax my tensed muscles and feel more rejuvenated then ever. The masseurs are extremely skillful and meticulous to my needs. There snacks provided after the massage sessions (great way to end a pampering treat 😋). Thank you!

​I spent a full month at this confinement center (mid-Jan to mid-Feb 2026), and as a first-time parent, I cannot recommend them enough. They provided the perfect balance of professional medical care and genuine, tender support. **​Expert Care for Mom** ​When I arrived, I was struggling with severe breast engorgement. The team acted immediately, calling in a top-tier Lactation Consultant, providing breast massages, and ensuring I had access to a hospital-grade pump. Beyond the physical recovery, the mental support was constant. They also curate an incredible network of experts, from the delicious confinement food to delightful postpartum massage specialists. **​A Safe Haven for our Baby** ​It is clear the staff genuinely love babies. Our daughter, received such professional and tender care. They didn’t just meet her needs; they sang to her and held her with real affection. We loved the thoughtful daily updates, including baby pictures and EBM (expressed breast milk) status. Every meal, diaper change, and weight milestone was meticulously tracked. Even after checking out, the staff still checks in on Chloe, which shows how much they truly care. **​The Perfect Balance of Rest & Learning** ​The center helped us find the right rhythm between bonding and recovery: ​Rest: Between 10 PM and 5 AM, the nursery took over so we could sleep. They provided sterilized pumps for my 2 AM sessions and handled the EBM safely. They really supported the rythm we were comfortable with. Nothing was pre-set. ​Responsive Support: Whether we needed a nap or a bit of "us" time, the staff was always proactive. Their 24/7 chat was a lifesaver for our many questions. ​Education: As first-time parents, the theoretical and practical classes (bathing, bottle feeding, etc.) gave us the confidence we needed for the transition home. **​Facilities & Amenities** ​The environment is top-notch. They use high-quality Pigeon products and chemical-free/organic lactation supplies. The rooms are kept spotless, laundry is handled seamlessly, and even the furniture (bed/shower supports) is designed for postpartum mobility. Also, there is a garden for walks, and the beaxh is just 5/10 minutes walk away. 🙏🙏​Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of our family. It has been a very memorable experiences staying in My Queen. It is not only the stay is comfortable, their Healthcare team is very professional that give a lot of assurance for me to rest and recuperate. Because of their outstanding support to the baby, my hubby and son enjoys their stay here taking part in the hotel prorammes and have a good holiday in Sentosa. We are especially appreciative to the extra care that they give to our new born when his jaundice level was high and the rehab exercises that they helped to do after my son tongue tied surgery. I would strongly recommend this confinement centre to you if you are looking for one. It is definitely worth your spend 😉

Choosing My Queen for my confinement was one of the best decisions I made as a new mum. I’m very particular about the environment I stay in, especially the place I sleep, and My Queen is the only confinement centre that truly met my standards. It genuinely felt like a 30-day 5-star staycation rather than a typical confinement stay. ✨ Accommodation & Comfort We opted for the Suite package, and it was worth every bit — spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a dedicated living area. The room was quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing; my husband and I slept soundly every night, which is something we deeply appreciated as new parents. Daily housekeeping and laundry service ensured the room was always fresh, towels and essentials were replenished regularly, and we never had to worry about anything. Breakfast was provided by Bedrock and delivered to our room at our preferred timing — such a luxury for tired new parents. The resort’s location near the sea also meant we could take peaceful beach strolls whenever we needed fresh air. ✨ Baby Care & Support The baby care provided was outstanding. Every morning and even at midnight, the team updated us through WhatsApp with our baby’s feeding times, diaper changes, weight, and photos. This constant communication gave us a lot of peace of mind. The HCA team also replied to messages very quickly — almost instantly most of the time. Whenever we requested for our baby to be sent to the room, they would bring her over in under 5 minutes. What impressed us most was how well the Healthcare Assistants knew our baby. My Queen intentionally keeps their intake small, which means every baby gets close attention. We could see this clearly — whenever we struggled to soothe her, we would ask the team for help, and the moment she heard their voices, she would calm down immediately. It’s very comforting to know your baby is truly cared for. ✨ Meals & Facilities Confinement meals for lunch and dinner were catered by Chilli Padi. Portions were generous — enough for me and my husband to share — and the meals were nutritious and varied. Parent-craft sessions were conducted in the last week of our stay, which guided us through how to bathe and feed our baby confidently. The postnatal massage at the hotel spa was another highlight — extremely relaxing and perfect for recovery. ✨ The People A huge thank you to the amazing Healthcare Assistants — Ah Yuan, Kuan Yu, Lixia, May, Mia, Nava, Siew Choo, and Yong Yan. Every single one of them was patient, gentle, experienced and genuinely cared for us and our baby. Special thanks to lady boss Mei Ling for checking in on me every day. She was incredibly caring and intuitive. She knew I’m an introvert who prefers privacy, so instead of dropping by in person, she texted me to make sure I was okay — something I really appreciated. It made me feel supported without being overwhelmed. ✨ Final Thoughts My Queen exceeded all my expectations. I felt safe, rested, and fully supported throughout the entire 30 days. Honestly, I wish I could have stayed even longer. Highly recommend My Queen to any new mum looking for a high-quality, restful and personalised confinement experience. It is truly worth it.
