My kitchen renovation has been fully completed, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. The kitchen now looks wider and more spacious compared to before. Our ID Mr. Anson was great in responding to our concerns and taking note of every detail, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. During our meetings, he was very precise with the kitchen measurements, which made the sketches look realistic and helped us visualise the final design clearly. Overall, I am happy with the workmanship and the service provided. Thank you for delivering a kitchen that my wife and I can enjoy every day.

Engaged ID Joanne through a friend’s recommendation. Not only is she detailed and systematic, she takes the effort and makes time to explain the entire renovation process/ schedule with me patiently. Upon commencement of actual works, timely updates were given and clarifications on design changes were discussed in depth. Joanne is also meticulous in the quality of work under her contractors. Highly recommend Chloe Thang! It maybe fate and destiny. First met her at the ID fair at Marina Square. I could still recall how we first met, she used the magical pen (Cos can erase away lolol) and sketch the layout on the hardcopy paper. Haha. I'm like wow so OG. Whereas the first ID I met was like doodling on iPad. Anyway, the thing is don't judge the book by its cover. We totally fall in love with Chloe's design after subsequent meet up. She could understand our needs and deliver what we want. SHE IS SUPER STRONG IN MAKING THE AESTHETIC/ ARTISTIC DECISION. JUST TRUST HER!!!!! MAD LOVE MY PERFUME CORNER!!!!! AND MY WARDROBE ROOM. HEHEHEHES I secretly think she excel in o level arts in the past or maybe got win some drawing/design competition. Next, I like to thank Jesment also for joining the boat halfway. He super pro in the knocking for defects for us too. LOLOL. Xin ku ni le ah. Anw, the suppliers they work with is not bad. So far so good (touch wood).

After coming across the recent viral article about a troubled BTO renovation in Yishun, I was reminded that my own journey had been quite different, so I thought I’d share! I engaged Qi Herng late last year for my full resale flat renovation in Yishun after meeting several other IDs at Home by Hitcheed. He took the time to walk me through the process, introduced suitable materials and ideas, and helped me visualise the outcome. The pricing was reasonable and, looking back, clear and transparent. What truly stood out was how he solved the layout challenge for a functional workspace. With such a limited floorplan, he managed to create a practical area without compromising what I needed. That problem-solving approach was what convinced me to take the leap of faith. Renovation projects often come with challenges, and mine was no exception. As a single homeowner balancing work while managing the process, it was at times stressful. My resale unit also had its quirks — uneven windows, ceilings, and wall issues — together with some additional costs along the way. What made things easier was how QH consistently explained the pros and cons and laid out the options clearly. I appreciated how he would weigh my concerns and ideas and give balanced advice, which helped me make informed choices. His steady manner was reassuring, and even when I was particular about details or added requests, he remained patient and responsive. He also didn’t overlook the smaller things — whenever touch-ups were needed, he followed through and ensured they were completed properly without dragging out the timeline. I’ve now been living at my new place with my family for almost half a year, and I’m very happy with how it has turned out.
