They are very very unprofessional. Do not hire them if you want peace of mind You will have to follow up with them for everything. Even after providing exact instructions and dates, they will not listen once you have paid the money. I clearly instructed them to that helper either arrives home by 1st or 2nd and of not then on 18th as we are travelling. We asked the to consult before booking tickets. But they just booked and informed us that helper starts on 6th. We were forced to take her on there decided date. So be careful before hiring this agency. We pay so much just to suffer. Regards.
