We met Jess today and I can strongly recommend her as a top notch staff of Nanyang Employment Services. She is very professional, helped my folks patiently translate to the maid and she is fluent in Bahasa. The team here has a good range of Indonesian maids available. Shop is located at level 3 of the mall.

I sincerly agreed with you on a high transfer rate and rejected maid and the boss has no empathy on employer and never dare to scold the maid.rejected maid within 3 month is rejected back again and telling lies about maid employment history. Say if you not happy with the maid u can change，when u want change, hidden cost appear. Dont believe in 50% refund. Gimmick. She even tell the maid, change employer. Can u accept a attidtude Maid, dishonest maid, base on yr gut feeling, transfer maid is a lousy maid. Whatever reason sure say change employer cos employer no good. Never do self reflection.. if maid do not have a valid passport,,, do not even consider at all as this agent charge $150 processing fee charge to employer. also do not go to Far East maid employment ,is even worse as that was the husband agency.. Please be careful of this cindy the boss, she will make use of you to sign a PDPA form and when next employer want to do reference check, she will not allow. I got 1 transfer and 1 new from Indo,both Indo work one mth and pack and go luggage Infront of you. She did not do meditation for you but ask you to change maid.

I'm glad that Nanyang staff Jess Lee was able to help resolve the issue between me and my helper. It's always a bit stressful when there's a problem with our help, but it's nice to know that there are people like Jess who are willing to help out and make sure everything gets sorted out.

Very bad. Even got MOM demerit points... Agent no filter sincere helper... interview all okay - soft spoken, polite etc but Myanmar "princess" come FIRST DAY ask for transfer... crying... want work in big big house... maybe so that she can marry some rich SG "prince" to realize her "princess" dream finally...
