About Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd
Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd is a maid agency operating islandwide from its office at 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road, handling the placement of foreign domestic workers for households across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.1 from 17 reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional only. No MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence number appears in the listing data; prospective clients should verify this directly on MOM's online EA directory before engaging the agency.
When approaching Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd, expect to discuss whether you need a new-hire helper or a transfer helper, as the two carry different placement fees and lead times. New-hire placements typically cost S$1,500–3,500 in agency fees; transfer helpers are generally cheaper at S$500–1,500. Monthly costs beyond the placement fee include the helper's salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM monthly levy — S$300 at the standard rate, or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with a disability. Confirm exactly what is bundled into the placement fee — mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application are standard inclusions at reputable agencies, but billing arrangements vary. Ask about the replacement guarantee window, source-country options (Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka are common), and the repatriation process should a placement break down.
To get started, call Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd directly using the phone number on the listing, or visit the office at Upper Bukit Timah Road, and ask for a written breakdown of all fees and the agency contract — including the replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses — before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Had a horrible experience with this Agency, placed a helper confirmation on 25 March and lead-time was mention 6-8 weeks, so I tell her that I'm expecting the helper on 1st of June. and she assure me that no problem. more than enough time. and during this period, after sales closure Sales became totally unresponsive and sometimes uncontactable and she would tell you that she is on leave, MC, or sleeping the whole day during her leave. before getting the sales, she is enthusiastic and have a good follow up even during her off day. follow up on 1st week May, asking on the status of the helper as i didn't hear from her. and to my horror, she mention that the helper will be coming in 1st July and I tell her that 'NO, it's 1st June as per our conversation via WhatsApp. and after much follow up with her all the time, the helper came on 20th June which is 3 weeks late on my expected time. kept calling the outlet mainline, no answer and she tell me that she is the only person in that outlet. close shop when her off day, even during work day she doesn't answer too. and so we have the helper for 1 week and find that she is not a suitable candidate in the right fit of our household. then we ask for a replacement, which we are entitled to a unlimited replacement for 12 month with a top up of $525 + helper insurance. after we have chosen the right candidate for the replacement, she ask to top up $525 + $1100 + Insurance which is not as per our contract. This will be the first and last time i will engage her and the agency. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. save yourself from stress and look elsewhere for better service. Zero stars if I could
I highly recommend this maid employment agency in Singapore. Specially for Aldwin, he is truly exceptional—always patient, very responsive, and quick to address any concerns. He consistently provides high-quality service, and the maid we hired through him have all been reliable and well-trained. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’m very satisfied with the service provided!
I have engaged the agency for all my helpers since 2013. Initially we were unhappy with the agent cos we felt frustrated that helper is not good. But I think they really try their best to help. I went back to them to get my helpers. I would like to show my appreciation to Shirley. She is a very helpful agent. She might sound fierce and rude but knowing her she is not. She will help you when you text her for things you do not know for FDWs even though we have no contract with the agency. She give good advices. Thank you so much.
It's a pleasure to deal with Aldwin. Customer satisfaction is his highest priority. He did an outstanding job and it's imperative to recognise his extra effort. And his professionalism represents the entire organisation. With that, he deserved a big pat on the back.
I finally found a great helper through Shirley's help in this agency after a load of nightmares with other helpers and agencies. Shirley is direct, prompt, responsive and knows exactly who to profile to me when I shared my requirements with her. Very happy experience! Look for Shirley if you are looking for a helper! 👍👍👍

Placement fees depend on whether you are hiring a new helper or a transfer helper. New-hire placements typically run S$1,500–3,500 in agency fees; transfer helpers generally fall in the S$500–1,500 range. On top of the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the MOM monthly levy (S$300 standard rate, or S$60 at the concessionary rate if your household qualifies). Confirm what is included in the quoted placement fee — mandatory FDW insurance (roughly S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, the pre-employment medical examination, and Work Permit application should ideally be bundled rather than billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold a MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is verifiable by name or licence number on MOM's online EA directory. No EA Licence number appears in the current listing data for Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd, so you should request it directly from the agency and cross-check it on the MOM directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A have stronger compliance records and better complaint-handling track records. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if the placement fails, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the licence — do not skip this step.
Reputable agencies typically offer a replacement window of around six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or more free replacements included if there is a documented mismatch. Confirm whether the guarantee covers only documented incompatibility or also general dissatisfaction, and what voids the guarantee (for example, dismissal for cause or early repatriation). Also clarify the early-termination process should a placement break down outside the guarantee window. Repatriation flights, refund of unused MOM levy, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork are costs the household typically absorbs in those circumstances. Ask Network Employment Agency Pte Ltd to put the replacement, refund, and early-termination terms in writing before you sign the agency contract. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
