New Leaf Psychology is a counselling practice based at 19 Keppel Rd, Jit Poh Building, serving clients islandwide. Enquiring typically begins with a brief intake conversation — by WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form — to understand your presenting concern or goal, whether that is anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, or another matter. From there, an initial consultation is arranged to assess fit, establish a working approach, and agree on session frequency. Counselling can proceed as single sessions or as a structured package; it is worth asking whether sessions are conducted in person at the Keppel Road office or via telehealth, and what the cancellation and rescheduling policy is.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to describe your situation briefly and request an initial consultation slot.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I absolutely love the atmosphere that they have created at New Leaf. It’s calm and clean. I feel so comfortable right when I walk in. Everyone is friendly and says hello. Fiona is amazing. She helped me work through issues that were blocking my growth. Throughout our work together, I always felt I was in control of where the sessions went and what I was comfortable doing. She always explained her techniques and allowed me to ask questions. I highly recommend Fiona and her colleagues if you are searching for a supportive environment where you can get real results.
It was a huge difference in experience at New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health! Fiona, Tyrel and their team were comprehensive, listening and professional making the entire session stress-free. Our specialised session with Santiago was amazing. Through his brain mapping assessment, we can understand how our daughter’s mind better. The results were both fascinating and affirming! Initially, we were perplexed as to how this session will be conducted. With the use of specialised apparatus, we were able to understand her mind on a deeper level. Every inch of the brain activities was explained clearly and we left the place with much materials for months of learning and exercising! Santiago’s professional counselling was so insightful and skilful. It provided a clear path by empowering us with good clean knowledge and we can see ourselves spending time to unlock areas of potential that we did not have to spend time guessing in the dark. Thank you, Fiona and Tyrel for your attention and support! We totally recommend New Leaf as a place to kickstart your journey to nurture your health, mind and soul.
Fiona is incredibly knowledgeable about different models and ways to diagnose/label the mental or emotional state. She is always learning new things, and bringing those into our sessions. She has alot of experience in dealing with our own emotional disconnects and challenges of manging difficult connections especially in couple therapy. I do enjoy her sessions and her firmness & clarity in dealing with conflict situations. Creating clarity is half the battle and she does that very well!
Jessica is knowledgeable, supportive, and excellent at what she does. Her guidance has made a real difference in my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend her and New Leaf.
Fiona at New Leaf Counselling has helped me understand myself better than I ever thought was possible. After many failed attempts at various types of therapy over the years, I never thought I’d find someone so insightful and skilful in helping guide me through my mental health challenges. I truly see myself becoming a stronger and more resilient person with every session that goes by. Thank you Fiona! Your support is invaluable.

New Leaf Psychology has not published a specific rate on this listing, so confirm the fee directly before booking. Most private counselling practices in Singapore do not require a formal GP referral — you can approach New Leaf Psychology directly. An initial intake session typically replaces a formal assessment: the counsellor gathers background on your presenting concern, mental health history, and goals before proposing a working plan. That said, a GP referral can be useful if you intend to claim under an insurance policy or if your condition may warrant co-management with a psychiatrist or medical professional. For complex presentations — such as trauma, eating disorders, or conditions requiring medication — a referral letter from a doctor can help the counsellor coordinate care appropriately. Confirm whether the practice has specific intake requirements when you make first contact.
In Singapore, the title 'psychologist' is not yet a legally protected designation under statute, though the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) provide voluntary credentialling. Counsellors may hold registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). No regulatory licences are listed for New Leaf Psychology on this KakiList entry. Before booking, ask directly for the practitioner's qualifications (degree level, institution), professional registration body and membership number, and whether they carry professional indemnity insurance. You can cross-check SPS membership at singaporepsychologicalsociety.org and SAC membership at sac.org.sg. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
