About Nobel Psychological Wellness Clinic
Nobel Psychological Wellness Clinic is a counselling and psychological wellness practice located at 10 Sinaran Drive, #09-35, within the Novena medical corridor. The clinic is KakiList-verified, with operating details and contact channels confirmed. It holds a 3.8 out of 5 rating across 33 Google reviews — a moderate sample that gives a reasonable directional signal, though individual experiences vary.
Clients typically begin with a first consultation to discuss their presenting concern, whether that is anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, workplace stress, or another psychological matter. The intake session allows the practitioner to assess the nature and severity of the issue and recommend an appropriate approach — individual counselling, couples work, or a structured therapeutic programme. It is worth clarifying session frequency, whether packages or single-session bookings are available, the cancellation and rescheduling policy, and whether sessions are claimable under Medisave, MediShield Life, or private health insurance, as coverage varies significantly by condition and insurer.
To take the next step, contact Nobel Psychological Wellness Clinic by phone or through the enquiry form to request an initial consultation appointment and confirm current availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had a bad experience with this clinic. I am covered and have clarified with my insurance provider that no payment is required upfront. However, upon arriving at the clinic, I was told that I will need to pay out of pocket unless I have a referral letter from a general practitioner. This was NOT communicated to me beforehand but they insisted they did. They did not want to acknowledge a mistake made on their part and there was no apology for the inconvenience caused. I walked out despite waiting weeks for my appointment.
Nothing to complain about wrt the doctors, but the reception staff are a mess. One person is professional, helpful, and competent. The other will do almost anything to avoid work, and is unable to even make any appointments without having to hang up and get her colleague to call you back
Was reading through reviews before I made the call for appointment. To my surprise I myself had a first hand experience of the staff's rudeness. I am still talking when she hung up the phone. So decided not to proceed with this clinic. No wonder only got 3 stars 🤮
Dr Zheng is one of the loveliest and most helpful doctors I have met. I have severe manic bi-polar and she helped me manage my symptoms and reintegrate myself into society as a more confident and positively social individual. Dealing with this illness is one of the hardest things I have ever had to manage. I am so glad I met someone who truly understands the person not the illness and is able to provide sound, practical, emotional and beneficial advice. Thank you Dr Zheng, I will never forget the times you were there for me. I highly recommend Dr Zheng for mood disorders and would advice anyone seeking help to give her a chance as she is unlike any psychiatrist I have met in Singapore.
Dr Zheng Zhimin is absolutely wonderful. I felt very at ease in conversation with her. Overall a lovely visit to this clinic, it was very affordable as well.

Psychological counselling in Singapore typically runs S$100–200 per 50-minute session at private clinics, with initial assessments sometimes priced higher. Package rates for a block of sessions (typically six to ten) may offer a modest saving over per-session pricing. Confirm the per-session fee, whether there is a separate first-consultation or assessment charge, and the cancellation policy before booking. Some private health insurance plans partially cover outpatient psychological services — check your policy wording and ask the clinic whether it provides receipts in a format your insurer accepts. A GP or specialist referral is not strictly required to book a private psychological counselling appointment, though a referral letter can be useful if you intend to make an insurance claim or if you are seeking a Medisave-claimable consultation under specific MOH-approved conditions. The first visit typically involves an intake assessment — the practitioner will ask about your current concerns, relevant history, and goals for therapy. Bringing any prior reports, discharge summaries, or relevant medical letters can help the practitioner form a clearer picture. Be prepared to discuss what you are hoping to achieve, as this shapes the recommended approach and realistic timeline.
In Singapore, psychologists and counsellors practising under the title 'registered psychologist' may hold registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or be registered under the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) if they are practising as allied health professionals. Counsellors may hold membership with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). Before booking, ask Nobel Psychological Wellness Clinic for the named practitioner's credentials, professional registration body, and registration number, then verify on the relevant public register — AHPC's register is publicly searchable at ahpc.edu.sg. If the practitioner is not registered with a recognised board, that is worth weighing carefully before committing to a course of treatment. Confirm the practitioner's licence on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
