About NovaHealth TCM Clinic
NovaHealth TCM Clinic offers Traditional Chinese Medicine services in Singapore, located at Capitol Singapore on Stamford Road. The clinic has been verified by KakiList, and holds a 4.9/5 rating across 109 Google reviews — a robust sample that indicates consistent patient satisfaction. No ACRA registration has been confirmed for this listing, and no regulatory licences are on file, so prospective patients are encouraged to verify the practitioners' registration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) directly before booking.
Patients typically begin with a first consultation, during which the TCM practitioner conducts a tongue and pulse assessment and reviews the presenting complaint or wellness goal — whether that is pain management, digestive issues, fertility support, insomnia, or general health maintenance. From there, a treatment plan is proposed, which may include acupuncture, cupping, tui na, herbal prescriptions, or a combination thereof. It is worth clarifying upfront whether you prefer a single session or a recurring package, and confirming the cancellation policy should you need to reschedule.
To make an enquiry or book a consultation, contact NovaHealth TCM Clinic directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
TCM Doctor Daryl Koh is exceptional—calm, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to fully understand my concerns before initiating treatment, which made all the difference. If you’re looking for a physician who actually listens and leads with empathy, he’s the one to find. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Reception was nicely and friendly too.
Wonderful TCM services — from acupuncture to cupping, bone-setting, adjustments and tuina — offered at NovaHealth Clinic @ Capitol. Very knowledgable and friendly TCM professionals. Resident Physician Dr Diana is extremely good with her diagnoses and acupuncture; I had vast improvements with my ailments (e.g., De Quervain’s and Psoas Syndrome) within the first 1-2 sessions. Therapist Richard is amazing with his Tuina and bone-setting, which complements with the acupuncture very well. I highly recommend to get your ailments issues fixed with them!
I truly want to thank Doctor Goh Shi Yu and Mr Richard for fixing me up before my competition they are really trained professionals. I was having a few injuries and pain throughout my body. They helped me understand and rectify the issue straight away!. I am very pleased with my visit today and will 100percent be back if I’m injured or just body maintainence for my wellbeing.
Excellent team at this clinic! Friendly and skillfull! Richard is the best in chiro and tuina, relieves pain almost immediately! Diana's health diagnosis and accupuncture skills are undoubted. Jessica is welcoming at the counter! Highly recommend!
Dr Diana is very friendly and highly skilled in acupuncture, and her staff are warm and welcoming as well. More importantly, Therapist Richard is extremely professional and highly skilled in his work. I had back pain for a week and visited multiple TCM clinics, but none provided relief. I followed Richard from his previous workplace, and his treatment made a real difference. If you have severe back pain and haven’t been able to find an effective solution, I highly recommend reaching out to him.

NovaHealth TCM Clinic displays a '$$' price indicator, suggesting mid-range pricing, though exact per-session fees have not been published on this listing. In Singapore, a standard TCM consultation typically runs S$30–60, with acupuncture sessions at S$50–120 and tui na at S$50–100. Herbal prescriptions are billed separately, usually S$20–60 per week of herbs. Many clinics offer package pricing for recurring conditions — for example, a 5- or 10-session bundle at a reduced per-session rate. Confirm whether a first-consultation fee applies separately from the treatment fee, and ask about the cancellation or no-show policy before committing to a package. No formal referral is required to visit a TCM clinic in Singapore. Most patients book a first consultation directly, during which the practitioner conducts a detailed intake assessment — reviewing your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any ongoing Western medical treatment. Bring a list of any medications or supplements you are taking, as some may interact with herbal prescriptions. For complex or chronic conditions — such as fertility support alongside reproductive endocrinology, or pain management concurrent with orthopaedic treatment — a GP referral letter can be useful context for the TCM practitioner, and may also support a MediSave or insurance claim where applicable. Confirm with NovaHealth TCM Clinic whether MediSave claims are accepted, as this varies by clinic and treatment type.
In Singapore, all TCM practitioners — including acupuncturists and those prescribing Chinese herbal medicines — must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg before your appointment. No regulatory licences are currently listed for NovaHealth TCM Clinic on this directory. It is recommended that you ask for the full name and TCMPB registration number of the practitioner who will be treating you, and cross-check this on the public register. A legitimate practitioner will have no hesitation providing this information. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
