About NRW Employment Pte Ltd
NRW Employment Pte Ltd is a maid agency operating islandwide from its Simei office, listing under the Maid Agencies subcategory on KakiList. The listing has been verified by a KakiList team member, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed and no MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence appears on record. There are only 3 Google reviews at a rating of 2.3/5 — too small a sample to draw any meaningful conclusions about service quality.
When engaging a maid agency, households should confirm the agency's MOM EA Licence number before paying any deposit — this is verifiable on MOM's online EA directory. A licensed agency will typically walk you through source-country options (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka), the placement fee for a new hire versus a more affordable transfer helper, the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if the household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). Bundled costs should be clarified upfront — mandatory FDW insurance, Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application may or may not be included in the quoted placement fee.
Contact NRW Employment Pte Ltd at their Simei Street 1 office to request a full written breakdown of fees and to verify their current MOM EA Licence status before proceeding. Listing data is incomplete — contact NRW Employment Pte Ltd directly to confirm details.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Terrible experience dealing with Nrw Employment. Discussed three weeks ago to take over a transfer helper. With less than 1 week to go, NRW decides to start shifting dates and making VERBAL promises that they will complete previously agreed upon medical after the helper handover, and insisted on full payment. When we asked to split the payment with half after the helper was handed over, and for the handover date to be committed in writing via an invoice to us, NRW said they couldn't guarantee the handover date! Extremely shifty and non-committal, won't recommend them to anyone else with an infant and in urgent need of a helper.
Really recommended agency, I’m apply my job application through online and get the application approved fast. The staff also very friendly.
very bad experience with them.

NRW Employment Pte Ltd lists its pricing model as package-based, but specific figures are not publicly available for this listing. As a general guide, placement fees for a new hire typically run S$1,500–3,500, while transfer helpers (already in Singapore and looking to change employers) usually attract a lower placement fee of S$500–1,500. On top of the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary for qualifying households). Confirm whether mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600/year), the Settling-In Programme, medical exam, and Work Permit application are bundled into the quoted fee or billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence — and this is verifiable by anyone on MOM's online EA directory by searching the agency's name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. No MOM EA Licence has been recorded for NRW Employment Pte Ltd in the current listing data, which is a significant concern. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; higher-graded agencies have stronger compliance and complaint-handling track records. Hiring through an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if problems arise, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
Replacement guarantees vary by agency. The standard window in the Singapore market is typically six months from the helper's arrival date, with one or two replacements included. It is important to clarify what voids the guarantee — documented mismatch or performance issues are usually covered, whereas change-of-mind replacements may attract an additional fee. Also confirm the early-termination process if the placement breaks down outside the guarantee window. The household bears the cost of the repatriation flight, unused MOM levy refund, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork in most cases. As no specific guarantee terms have been published for NRW Employment Pte Ltd, request these details in writing before signing any contract.
